Called at 6pm on a Tuesday and they were there within 30 minutes. He did a great job and made sure to tell us that our unit is an older one so don't invest to much money in it if it continues to have trouble. We are so happy we called because 80 degrees with a 2 year old was no fun.. Thank you so much! We will be using this company in the future for sure!

I had an A/C issue and a trusted friend recommended All-Pro. Cole is the serviceman who showed up for the repair. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and had respect for my home by covering his shoes when he had to come in and out. He repaired the A/C and all is well again. All Pro just installed a new A/C and Furnace as well as completed a bunch of suct work for us. When we were looking to repair our heating unit, we received an $1700 estimate from another company in Champaign (without adding in the cost for the service calls). All Pro's Estimate (with the service call) was just about $400. All Pro ordered a part and fixed our problem within a day and saved us more then $1300. Trust All Pro with your business.

Responded to our ac repair need within 24 hours. Cole was our service repair man. He was very polite and respected our home being meticulous to not leaving behind a mess. He explained the problem, discussed the cost of the repair and most of all fixed the problem very promptly.

Accidentally put a hole in my a/c freon line. Other companies tried to tell me I needed a whole new unit and financing was available. All-Pro came out within a day, patched it, filled it with freon and it works great! Highly recommend for all heating and cooling.

John was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace as bad motor. He quoted me the price for a new motor and his hourly rate none of this flat rate nonsense another company quoted me early in the week.
