Fixed the problem I had with my thermostat quickly. I was very happy and satisfied with service they provided.

They responded in a timely manner and got our furnace repaired and up to code.

The blower/squirrel cage had locked up and destroyed itself. In doing so it also damaged my secondary heat exchanger. I was without air (in August). I called the company I had been doing business with for 5+ years and they gave me a quote of $3,300 for new blower motor and heat exchanger OR $7,500 for new furnace. I was leaning towards the new furnace, but wanted a 2nd opinion on the pricing so I called ALL Pro. Within 10 minutes of the owner being here, he told me that both of those parts were under warranty. (the other company never mentioned this) Cole came out and installed the new blower and showed me how the last company had actually let a critical part off which may have caused the blower to fail. I had cold A/C again! I was only charged for the labor. All Pro explained that the heat exchanger was on backorder but would install as soon as it came in. This part came in two days ago and they got me on the schedule quickly and finished the job up today. Cole and the owner were both very professional throughout the whole process. They had me fully taken care of for less than $700...they literally saved me several thousands of dollars. Great Local company...I will be signing up for their preventive maintenance program.

I have had baseboard heating and my powerbill was outrageous. I called All Pro and spoke to Jim. He helped with my choices and quote. Within a couple of weeks, Vince and Cole installed a 4-zone heat pump mini-split ductless system in my house in mid-December. They came in prior to installation to go over everything, and had the job completed within 3 days, including cleanup and paperwork. If you have any issues or need a new system, you MUST give them a call! These units work great! Even with this frigid air, they are still able to keep the house comfortable! Our AC went out on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called and someone was here in 10 minutes to assess the situation. Unfortunately we had to replace our very old A/C and furnace, but All Pro gave us competitive pricing and set up two large portable A/C units to get us through the hot weather until installation. We’ve used All Pro before and will definitely use again! Thanks to John and his staff!

My hot water heater going out wasn't such a bad thing because I got to experience the best service I can honestly say I've ever had with a company. John and Hugh were both extremely helpful and honest. Not to mention how quickly the 2 of them arrived at different times with 2 different issues I was having. 5 stars

Normally don't do reviews, but these folks are the best! They respond fast via the internet, are polite, and get to your situation quickly. They have replaced our A/C and updated our heating system, both done professionally with great care. Cole has helped us in the past and he is great!
