Gartner Heating & Cooling

LJ was super friendly. Even spent some time playing with our new puppy. Supply chains led to a delay on a part we needed. He was honest and and set expectations and then absolutely delivered on them. I highly recommend Gartner and have done just that in the past. Will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've used Gartner since 2013, when we had them install a new heating system. We had some post-installation complications, and what most impressed us was the fact that the owner, Darren, drove from Skokie to Oak Park, twice, to resolve. The issue - the contractor had installed the wiring for the system near a copper pipe which was throwing off heat and causing a false read to the thermostat. His commitment to his team's work and concern for our comfort secured a customer for life. And, we haven't had a problem since.

From start to finish my experience was excellent. We had bought a home with an older boiler and hydronic heating system. We had gone though 3 or 4 other companies who didn’t really fix our issue at all. Darren and his team installed a new high efficiency boiler and it fixed our problems. They were quick and very nice. After the first night of running the system we had a couple of kinks that needed working out. Darren and his guys were here first thing in the morning. We are very happy with their service and will certainly be using them for our heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Linwood along with a few others installed new duct work in my crawl space. I have a uniclo system that wasn’t functioning properly. Gartner solved the problem and the results were beyond my expectations. They put in new duct work and determined that my old duct work wasn’t properly connected and was not salvageable (chewed up and had holes in it). They worked nonstop from 10am to 9pm. My home is cool and I am so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the entire team. They will be my go to for all future services!

Mr. Gartner installed our furnace & AC system about six years ago. Twice a year I have are system looked at by Gartner. I only have good things to say about the service personal at Gartner.

Gartner HVAC has done an OUTSTANDING job of servicing many rental properties.for.me over the past fifteen + years, in addition to my home and a large church heating plant. They just completed the installation.of.a.new hot water heating system I'm my home. They do excellent work at a fair price and provide a high level of service. They are quality people with a high degree of integrity!!

Gartner HVAC took great care of us this year when our water heater stopped working. Darren got us a great unit especially made for our home that is on well water. They had the new unit ordered and ready in a day and the installation was so fast and efficient. You can tell how experienced Darren and his helpers are. They left the house clean and were so kind the whole time they were here. They are new to the Cary area and we would recommend Gartner HVAC to anyone.

Gartner HVAC is just fantastic. If only all companies were run this well. They installed our AC unit three years ago and it has operated flawlessly. I had them come out for a service check just make sure everything was working well, and they were incredible all over again. They contacted me the day before to confirm they were coming out, and then sent me a text the day of to let me know they were on their way (including location tracking of the service tech...amazing!). Their technician Michael was wonderful in every way. He was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and extremely friendly. He was happy to have me watch him work and talked me through everything he was doing. I learned a lot! He showed up wearing a mask, which I also appreciated. If Gartner is reading this, give this guy a raise! He is a keeper! I am completely won over all over again by the quality of Gartner's work and their customer service. Thank you for everything. Your team is the best.

Gartner is always professional and very informative. I highly recommend them. Sign up for the annual service agreement! It’s a money saver.

These people are super respectful and professional. I had an issue with my A/C and Mike came and fixed it all up. Mike does the best work and is super efficient. He also explains well on what needs to be done to prevent issues in the future. If you have any issues I recommend calling and asking about Mike.
