Gartner Heating & Cooling

I used Gartner for several years but will not use them again. They repeatedly did not show up when promised. They would tell me that their technician was on his way to my house but he did not do so. Even after talking with one of the owners, the situation did not improve. Their tech even told me that he was in front of my house and had rung the doorbell, but he was nowhere to be seen. They had to come out several times to complete a simple annual check. The only thing they did quickly was cash my check. I will not use them again.

I had a really good experience with this small unique company. Its nice to be able to speak with the owner, who actually comes out to look at the work that needs to be done. They are truly caring and clean up before they leave. They ran ducts and vents to my addiction of the house. I was so worried but they did a awesome job! I’m waiting for my furnace which is 35 years old to go out so I can have them come and install a new one. Thank you!!!

This is such a great professional team.
My service man explaines all of what he is doing. Recommends whats needed and gives you the health of your appliance.
