On time. They knew exactly what they were doing. Excellent price for quality furnace. I couldn't say a bad thing about the experience if I had to look everywhere to find something. We are very happy knowing we can go into retirement and have reliable HVAC for life.

Had to get our furnace replaced in the winter. They did a great job! Everything was done quickly and for a decent price. And they have excellent customer service. Later when we had to sell our house, the inspector had some questions about the furnace (they had to pipe through an abnormal route because of the way our house is built). They were SUPER helpful and responsive through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Rockford area!

Our air conditioning went out during the last heat wave. It required replacement. We got several bids. Total came in with the best price and was able to install the next day. Both the individual who gave us the estimate and the installer were very professional. They installed it exactly for the estimated price. They did NOT try to up sell us like some of the others. The installation work was very neat and clean and is working great. I highly recommend them.

I had them come out I paid the 80 service call to get an estimate. He said I would have a estimate and date they could possibly start service. I have not received the estimate nor has anyone returned my call after she said she would get back with me.

Recently bought a new home and the sink was draining slow to not at all - turned out to be about 7 feet of grease clogged in the pipes. Jim was here a couple days later, found the problem, and had a new section of pipe installed in no time. Price was great and service was quick.

My hot water heater gave up the ghost during one of the coldest parts of the year. Definitely not the best time to be stuck taking cold showers. I called Total Plumbing first thing the next morning, and I had a new water heater installed and running before 5PM. The installation technician was courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job all around. I am quite pleased with the speed and quality of the work.

I am now changing my opinion of total plumbing and heating. They installed a watersoftner after the install I asked if the softwater would get to my dishwasher and fridge they told me yes the only things it would not get to was the outside water spickets.

After getting new appliances I noticed that we were getting hard water spots on the dishes, so I looks at the piping and noticed 1 line bypassing the softwater. I found that this leads to the one of the outside spickets but also controls the water for the fridge and dishwasher.

I called total and they said they would come look at it. They wanted $350 to get this diverted adding a angle pipe and a t pipe to the system. The tech stated that hard water generally runs to the kitchen. If this was reasonable I would have had this corrected but $350 to fix their mistake is not reasonable at all.

I've had total out a number of times for random fixes and work done at the house. I am going to have to reevaluate total for my plumbing needs.

We bought our air conditioning unit from Total Plumbing & Heating. Recently, we felt the air was coming out cool not cold. We called Total Plumbing & Heating, they were at our home in less than an hour and did an absolutely great job. We are so glad we decided to purchase our system from them.
