My first time there was great. Scott helped me with my request. answered my questions with out any problems

Worst customer service I seen 1st waited on the phone for over 10 mins for someone to tell me if they can take a massage show up to the place and wasted another 20 mins waiting much better service in Chicago bad in Rockford

Johnstone ALWAYS have the parts I need....hvac....many other as well...Sells to the public as well.....GREAT guys....

The guys were very helpful and I was able to get the exact part. I plan on going back when ever I need additional parts.

Never work here the employee discriminating and then they fire the person being discriminated instead of the person doing the discrimination I would never work here if I were you
