Arthur and Anthony came out for a AC cleaning and a small repair. They were very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided tips to keep my HVAC running efficiently. Definitely would recommend.

Had my thermastate changed last year was a simple job. Used them again with my home warranty. The tech is very nice and easy to talk to. However my boyfriend who has been hvac for 15 years and in the Union had to walk this man through how to look inside the furnace. Problem is he never opened up the furnace to look. Looked confused and couldn’t answer when boyfriend threw parts at him and issues. Told me unit was over charged yet never took the Freon out. Said he changed capacitor. Which now makes me wonder if it was even bad and told boyfriend unit was not dirty a bit here n there. So new company came out. Boyfriend told tech on phone the issues and bam needed a new coil as the improper one was installed by original air unit installers who again sent out by warranty company. If I had the money I would never use a warranty company. Nice people here but they need to send thier techs to continue education or hire techs with more experiance. Always read reviews before allowing warranty company to send someone out. I’m sorry I had to write this review but I don’t want anyone else to waste money for a diog and be stuck with now heat or air.

I would strongly recommend using a different company. My experience with Eagle Air is way less than satisfactory. This company has rude technicians and owners. In my case, they failed to correctly address a repair a few months back and potentially hundreds of dollars of coolant leaked out of my AC. When I confronted the on-site technician, he lied and said the last time they came out, it was just a check up call and claimed that I declined to get a leak repaired. This was a blatant lie. Why would I decline service when my call was covered by a home warranty? When we challenged them on this, the company refused to stand behind their work, blaming us, making more false claims, and abdicating any and all responsibility for the error. If you use Eagle Air, prepare for shoddy workmanship, expect to be called a liar, when you try to discuss the matter expect them to talk over you, and then expect to be hung up on you multiple times. Then, to make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund in connection with a warranty that they sold me back in May 2020, saying that I was lying about paying for it. I not only have the invoice, but also have the cancelled check for the payment.

Eagle Air is an awesome service group. I have a home warranty and Eagle Air was assigned to my need for repair. They responded quickly to the request made by the home warranty company. Their customer service staff was friendly and attentive. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the service persons arrival and this happened. Their service tech "Anthony" was extremely polite and efficient. He identified the source of the malfunction of my furnace and explained the steps that would have to be taken to gain approval from the home warranty company and complete the repair. The following day I spoke with "Tony" who confirmed the repair was approved, the part was on order and repair would be made on Saturday. Again, 30 minutes prior to "Anthony's" arrival I received a call saying he was on his way. "Anthony" completed the repair and in "simple" terms explained the malfunction. He also gave me advice on proper filters, how to inspect the filter and the frequency of changing the filter. Anthony even wrote on the furnace how to properly place a filter in and what size the filter should be. Eagle Air Inc of Plainfield Illinois is a company I would highly recommend.

Eagle Air is by far the most unprofessional contractor I have come across. After several attempts, Tony, never returned my calls. They all were working like a headless chicken without having a clue about the problem they are trying to fix at my home. They quoted me the job will take upto 9 hrs for replacing the Furnace whereas the contractor I got the work done did it in about 2 hours with 100% accuracy and efficacy. will NEVER recommend Eagle Air to anyone.

Our home was covered by American home shield (AHS). When our 21 year old ac suddenly went out I was skeptical about the process and the reviews of eagle air didn’t seem encouraging. So I went out and got quotes to replace the entire ac and furnace system. After 5 eye-gouging quotes, I decided to pay the $100 fee to use AHS/eagle air.
Brandon from eagle air showed up. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it in 15 minutes - it was a blown capacitor on the condenser. After fixing the issue he went on to check the health of the other systems. Very professional and experienced. I have no idea what the other reviews are about…maybe the negative reviews are for AHS process instead.

Arthur did an outstanding job fixing my furnace system. He educated me on the issue and make sure we had heat before the end of the night.

I would strongly discourage the use of this company. Extremely dishonest and argumentative.
We called rhem for an annual service/cleaning. They sent a tech who claimed that the Run Capacitor was malfunctioning and recommended that we have our waranty company put in a claim for the repair, since it is a $300 part. We said we would. He also claimed to have cleaned the unit thoroughly.
We then called our Waranty Company. They sent out a different company that we had called out previously. This tech was straight forward and showed us everything before he even thought of doing anything. He advised us that the Run Capacitor was NOT malfunctioning and that the unit had NOT BEEN CLEANED. we were shocked at how filthy it was. The previous tech did absolutely nothing and charged us for it.
Then when I called to speak to the manager(Tony).. he was very hostile and argumentative. He refused to offer any attempt to rectify the situation.

Tony from Eagle Air is great. He listened to our concerns and investigated the equipment with impressive diligence. He was very thorough with his explanations of the problems and solution options. We have owned 7 homes throughout the years. Our experience with Tony at Eagle Air has been the best so far.
