We were given this vendor from American Home Shield. I scheduled appointment for 5/11, then called back a few minutes later and asked to move it to 5/10. No problem is what I was told. The time frame was 12-4pm. So at 4:30pm on 5/10, I called Eagle Air to ask where they were and Tony said they were leaving the city and they were running behind. No problem, I said. Then 30 minutes later Tony called me back to tell me that our appointment was for 5/11, and they would be to our house on 5/10. I reminded him of our conversation and instead of listening, he just said well that’s what our system says and we won’t be there. It’s probably the rudest conversation I’ve ever had with an HVAC company. I went ahead and cancelled our appointment and called AHS back to let them know about our experience. I would never recommend using this company. They are awful and apparently don’t care about people. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Furnace went out and I called my home warranty (American Home Shield). They sent out Eagle Air and the tech found it needed to be replaced. They ordered a new unit, and came out to replace it about a week later once it arrived. The techs were friendly, professional, and kept me posted on the progress. Everyone that I had called at their office was easy to deal with as well, so really no complaints. I know that there a bunch of bad reviews on here about the company, so maybe people did have some bad experience with them, but I can't give them a low rating since they did their job and I had no issues with them. Maybe they work better with warranty situations? Not sure if that is the case, but I am satisfied and the furnace works so can't really ask for much else. Hope this helps.

Poor service. Did not fix problem with gas furnace originally, then offered to come back 4 days later when my area was experiencing sub-freezing temperatures during that time and I had a toddler in house. Took forever to get through to someone (they put on answering service after 5pm, and no one contacted me after that, despite an expedited request put in by my home warranty service), who was rude and insulting to me. Choose someone else.

Arthur was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he would do prior to starting inspection of my AC unit. At the end of the inspection he explained his findings and recommendations, and answered all my questions. I was also very pleased that he was respectful of my home and was prepared with mask and shoe covers.

Disrespectful and unprofessional,! I made an appointment for 8-12pm and when I called to ask why no one came, (11:59am), they said that they called me, and we missed our appointment! Not true!
I work from home and I did not have one miss call from them at all, and no one buzzed at my door.
I called the place and they hung up on me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

A home inspector found a water leak coming from a humidifier in our rental property. We asked Eagle Air to come out and fix the leak. We received a bill for $299.90 but they had fixed a heater that passed the home inspection! Then they charged us another $149.95 to come out again and fix the leaking humidifier.
In fairness to Eagle, they tried to make it right. Eagle also did an excellent job in diagnosing and replacing our AC unit. They would get 5 Stars for that job as they found the problem that other providers couldn't identify and provided the best value over 5 other bids to replace the unit.

We had them out twice for when we had a leak coming from our attic. We used them because they were sent by our home warranty company. Never again will we use them. If our home warranty tries to send them I will request a new company. They couldn’t even figure out what the issue was they said first that if it was our condensation pipe they would have to reroute it which would be a large job. They also said it was a plumbing issue which was completely false because the only plumbing that was in the area was the drain pipe for the tube to leak into. We ended up on our own figuring out the drain tube had come out due to the company that cleaned our vents. Also out condensate pipe had insulation damaged. However I got a second opinion by an actual reputable company and another from a pipe fitter. Both told me to go to Menards and get some insulation tape to wrap it myself for the savings! I did this and I fixed the issue for $30 myself. Tony the manager at eagle air basically stated said call them back if it leaks again and they will be out again. They were out twice and both times didn’t know what they were doing. Avoid this company. I am glad I got a second opinion because I was able to fix it the same day so insurance to could pay to fix the leak damage.

This was the company my home warranty company (American Home Shield) assigned for my furnace (failure to launch) problem on this very cold February Friday in Westmont IL.
I was positively impressed by Eagle Air's responsiveness, and Brandon's efficient and correct service.
My experience:
(1) My initial anxious call was received by an answering service, not an answering machine. Very Good.
(2) The call-back was prompt, and positive, in scheduling a service visit for just hours ahead. Excellent.
(3) Best of all was the service provided by Brandon who assessed the system and correctly analyzed the failure in the launch system. A capacitor was replaced, the system tested, and the furnace operation is now normal. Rejoice.
I sure do appreciate this experience. 2/22/2021
