Unfortunately for me, I have had to have these guys come out two different times to check my A/C unit and both visits have been top notch! They were very knowledgeable about the issues I have had. They were able to answer all of my questions and I am sure I overwhelmed them with the amount of questions I had and they were very patient with me and gave me the answers without any hesitation. I was very surprised as to how fast they were able to come out to fix my issue. I have a large dog that requires cooler weather and they were at my house within a few hours to get my air conditioning back up and running. Prices are very competitive and affordable as well! After two turn downs from other companies and two that wouldn't even call back, got hold of Dogtown. They were here the next day to replace old blocked galvanized pipe. Done quickly and efficiently and had to work in a very tight crawl space. I highly recommend them!
