American home shield dispatch this company to come out and fix my toilet. They immediately put a response in is that they could not get a hold of me. I let American home shield know that that is not true they have not tried to contact me and not only that when I try to reach out to them the outgoing message is the wireless customer you have contacted is not available with no voicemail option. After numerous phone calls to American home shield they put out an email to the contractor and he then replied that I would only accept appointment times outside of their business time or on the weekends where they had never even contacted me and they still will not contact me. I looked them up on Google and they are temporarily closed. Why in the world would American home shield assign a contractor that is not even open for business? I have had a broken toilet for 3 weeks now because of how they are responding to my warranty company when they never even got a hold of me. Just please don't use them save yourself

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are rated a -0. They are terrible and NON-PROFESSIONAL! When I received the call to schedule the visit the person who answered the phone was non-accommodating, loud and rude. That should have given me a clue that this was not the company to hire. The worker arrived but left my home without repairing my faucet leak. He replaced my faucet with another one that was not comparable and lesser grade to the one he was removing and claimed it was AHS policy. The new faucet leaks too. I'm demanding AHS repair my faucet without incurring a service fee and provide a new contractor.

Dustin is not only extremely unprofessional, complains about the company to clients but tried to get $200 from me after he realized I didn’t have to pay a deductible for a water heater install. The $200 would be for 2 bolts he wanted to put up in the garage bc “your garage door could fall down at any minute.”

When he returned for a separate ticket, he was unprofessional stating he “felt sick so I should stay away”— while he comes into my garage. He tried to complain again about the “incompetence” of his company and the warrenty company that dispatched him there. To add salt to all of this, I had to call and fix the ticket myself (since he did not) —all to have the warrenty ticket rejected by this company. It’s truly the worst and not worth a dime of your hard earned money. Steer Clear !!! I’m 10 days with a blocked sewer pipe and no a/c (since condensation line runs straight into it) — they truly do not care.

Same company name as the one that came out (both have negative reviews they came for plumbing work) Used this company last year when first moving into our home. AHS assigned them as the plumbing company. They cancelled the first day and the second day when the workers showed up barely tried to troubleshoot the issue and took photos and left. I had to argue with AHS to get a refund and put off repairs because of the hassle this had caused me for missing two days into a new job. Got assigned this same company again hopped on google to check reviews to make sure it wasnt a one off experince and then called AHS to reschedule with another company. Asked to put on file never to have this company for any reason. Owner was racist about the helpdesk stating they did not have indoor plumbing and only made 2$ a hour. Also stated I would have to rip out the entire wall and dry wall before they would come out and diagnose the problem. Almost a year and have not used the master bathroom shower because of this experince. Please put in the effort to change to another company and report this company if you have a bad experince. Will be looking into reporting them to the city / state nothing but negative reviews on here and I can imagine how many other people just didnt put a review. The one star should really be a negative 5 stars to be honest.

WARNING!!!!!!!!This company is HORRIBLE!!! I've had two separate experiences with this company through my home warranty. Both experiences were HORRIBLE! They never showed up and lied both times and said that I was not home.I took off work both times and I have a doorbell camera with proof they never showed up. They called American Home Sheild and told them that I was a liar. I'm on the verge of canceling my home warranty due to this company and their HORRIBLE and RUDE owner who lacks work or business ethic and customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would!

REFUSED TO WEAR A MASK. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. We actually had two separate experiences with this company. The first was very positive - the plumber was super knowledgeable about his trade and agreed to put a mask on after we requested (we have an immunocompromised person living in our home and a newborn baby in our family). The second however, was very negative. The plumber REFUSED to put a mask on after we requested, saying "I don't believe in that propaganda". That said, I would not recommend this company.

NEGATIVE STARS if I could!!! Do not use this shady company who doesn't tell you cash only until they do something. They lie about their warranty then LIE saying nothing is wrong. They put dirty Freon in the AC unit per the 2nd company that came out and it is blocked causing the ACoil to freeze. The ac runs constantly and won't get the temp below 80..THERE IS AN ISSUE unlike they told AHS. They have done nothing but waste TONS of time, money, and resources. We had no choice with AHS to us them. Horrible company with a shady business!!! I don't even understand how they expect their employees to carry so much cash around. Turns out they also charge $60 more per pound of freon than others. Wasted WEEKS!!! They don't want to cover their work. UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!

Called a REAL plumbing company and they came out immediately. They inspected the work that was done incorrectly by Action Mechanical Services and basically said they have no clue what they’re doing. My plumbing is fixed now and doesn’t even remotely look like the pathetic attempt by this company.

Action Mechanical is horrible to work with. The owner refuses to stand behind the work that they do. I could go on and on about how he absolutely refuses to take responsibility but i can see from the other negative reviews that I'm not the only one. Its his standard mode of operation.

Won’t stand by their work. Had to come out multiple times to fix their errors then they finally decided to just not bother fixing the issue and tried to place blame on me. Basically refused to come out and fix it even after I showed them a video of the issue that was related to their work.
