We had an entire new unit installed by Homestead Heating And Air Conditioning the two technicians they sent over from the moment they stepped foot inside our home it was just nothing short of amazing. They were both very professional, very knowledgeable about their product, you can just really tell that they love what they do every part of this job was done with tender loving care and they both went above and beyond throughout the entire job. They both had great personalities and really enjoy working with people in general we couldn't be happier!! Thank you Homestead Heating And Air Conditioning.

Fantastic client service in assisting to design and install our new split unit in the new sun room. They were really responsive and inventive. The exterior unit was positioned completely out of sight, and the techs put the internal unit exactly where we needed it. Thanks guys!!

Called Homestead Heating And Air Conditioning and they advised they would have a technician out that evening. Less than 2 hours they advised Sam was on the way. He arrived, located the problem immediately and had our unit repaired and house cooling in no time. He was polite, personable and very informative. We've kept Homestead Heating And Air Conditioning for 4 years. We trust the company and their tech's.

Scam company. They just want to charge you $200 service fee on purpose. They do not want to fix your furnace if it can be fixed with small money. They steal your money by replacing the normal parts. Never trust it.

Highly recommend Homestead Heating! We had Sam come out to service our Furnace and were notified that a few pieces needed to be replaced. The entire process from end to end was very straightforward, efficient and very reasonably priced. Sam was very professional and walked through the entire process and answered any questions we had. Their customer service team was accommodating to reschedule the appointment and the ability to speak to a technician on the phone ensured they arrived with the right parts on the truck. These guys are great! Sam was my tech, and he was fantastic. He came got right to work, and figured out the problem pretty quickly and was done in about an hour. The reason I gave four stars is because when I called I was told a specific time, 8am. I called in the morning and was told that it was a 2 hour time window instead. On top of that I got rescheduled from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12. I also feel like their price was a little expensive, but overall even with these two things, I'm pretty happy with the service and would recommend them to others.

Excellent service. The office staff was very friendly and scheduled me a same day appointment. The technician was pleasant and came right on time. He diagnosed the problem and was done within 15 min. I will definitely hire them again.
