Great customer service from the beginning of the conversation, starting with the dispatchers, Molly and Amanda. The technicians actually give you a call and let you know they're on the way. These technicians are awesome. They are very informative. Great company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help with their A/C.

Our heating failed on a Wednesday night, on one of the coldest nights of the year. The Garber technician got our system running the next day to keep us warm until it could be replaced, and they had a new system installed by 9 am Friday morning. They turned what I expected to be a very complicated process into a very stress-free experience. Amanda was so helpful on the phone and Brent even called me after business hours to discuss our options for replacing our furnace. I cannot recommend this team enough!

We've used Garber a few times and have always been very satisfied with their service. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the service technicians have always been on time, professional and thorough with their job. The latest service we had was an exhaust vent installed and Crue was great to work with. He walked through the options and got right to work. When he finished the install, he took pictures of it to show me since it was in the attic. We were thrilled with the end result and the job was completed quickly and expertly. Definitely recommend Garber and will continue to use them in the future.

Garber heating and cooling did an amazing job! During the biggest snow storm of the year we woke up to our co2 detectors alarming and ended up having to evacuate the house. This company was the first to respond and ended up putting in a whole new furnace within 2 days. Very professional and i like that they gave me multiple options with different prices for me to choose from. Overall great service!

Our A/C unit went out, called the next morning. I was asked if this was an emergency. I said well it's suppose to be 91 degrees today. I would like someone to come out today if possible. The lady said I will put that in and you will be hearing from us. I never did and by the 3rd day I assume they weren't going to call. I called another company to come out and fix it.

After receiving a call, I appreciated that they actually look at their reviews and take them seriously. I have never had issues with them in the past. I was surprised when I didn't get a call back. Mistakes do happen and I am glad that we can sort it out. I honestly didn't want to go with the other company but 91 degree weather in a house with no A/C. I just wanted it fixed!
