My AC stopped blowing cold air in the evening. I scheduled an appointment online, received a call the next morning, and the technician had the issue diagnosed/fixed in 30 minutes. I've used this company twice and have them listed as a contact for future use.

We used Garber for the 1st time. We were very pleased with them. Cory did our service call. He was very professional and friendly.

I called on a busy Monday morning expecting that I'd have to wait to receive service on my furnace which had stopped working over the weekend. The receptionist, Kristen I believe, was very nice and offered me a later appointment today explaining the after hours charge with service by 7pm. I accepted the appointment. A little bit later, I received a call from Molly saying another appointment in their schedule was canceled and asked if I would be available between 11am and 1pm. The service man, Cory, called right before 11 stating he was on his way. He found the problem immediately, told me about the issue, and explained the pricing. He asked if I was ok with the cost before continuing with the repair which I really appreciated. He had the part on his truck and completed the repair by 11:30! I had heat! I appreciated the service, communication, and professionalism of this team, from the time I made the first call right up to the time Cory drove away.

Mike and Crew did a great job of tearing out old and installing new heat pump. Very punctual, self sufficient, and cleaned up when they were done.

Garber evaluated the geothermal system issue and provided options. They ended up replacing the system in short order. I would recommend them.
