We've been leaning on Jimmy and iTemp for years, and they have delivered time and time again. Heat went out the day before hosting Thanksgiving? They took care of it. Regular clean and inspects? They took care of it. Wanted a new thermostat and humidifier installed? They took care of it. There's a reason we've been going to them for years and won't go anywhere else! If you have any heating/air needs and are in the Chicago area, this is the only call you should make.

By far Jimmy is one of the best around, his companies attention to detail and customer service is second to none. Forget 4 Seasons and ABC, because the only one you should be calling for your HVAC needs is him!!

Jimmy showed up on time for each visit. He was straightforward and honest. He even took no offense when I thought I'd go with a home owner's warranty. However, after thinking about what Jimmy recommended versus what I would get with the warranty service, I decided to go with Jimmy.

Jimmy's explanation for why he uses the equipment he does was clear, comprehensible, and really just came with a strong sense of honesty, integrity, and authenticity.

He was able to get my house warm and cozy again ASAP!

The best part, he loved our new four legged friend! He even took time to play with our new fur baby. Jimmy did say it best - when it comes to people, dogs know. Our new little pup even took to Jimmy in a millisecond!

The work done was clean, fast, efficient, no mess, beautifully installed, and Jimmy and one of the other guys that came along even educated me on some best practices to get the most out of my new furnace

Also... to throw this in... the first thing he did upon his first visit was look at my nest that came with the home we purchased. Right away, he saw it wasn't wired properly and just fixed that without going into anything else. Just one and done no questions asked out of the goodness of his heart.

Would I recommend - YES
If I ever need him again, will I call iTemp? - ABSOLUTELY

We love iTemp! Jimmy is fantastic! He answered all of our questions, provided us guidance on what we should and shouldn't do, got us a great deal on a new air conditioner and heater, and was generally pleasant to work with. When it came time to install, iTemp was professional, installing everything in the time they said they would, and they even came back to fix a minor issue we had at no cost. If you're looking for a business with Customer Care as one of it's top priorities, this is it.

I cannot recommend Jimmy and iTemp heating and air conditioning enough. Anyone that has boiler heating will tell you that it isn't easy finding a reputable and knowledgeable company that will work on them without messing anything up. When I needed a boiler service (it of course happened on a Saturday...at 5 PM ‍) Jimmy answered the phone even though he was out of state. As if that wasn't enough he patiently talked to me and then FaceTime'd me so that we could figure out what was wrong with the boiler together and whether or not it could wait until his return on Monday. The issue could not wait so I ended up having to call a different company but words cannot express how thankful I am that Jimmy took the time to really educate me on what the problem could be. It made communicating with another company so much easier. In the future I will definitely be using Jimmy and Itemp for all of my heating and air-conditioning needs because I was blown away by his service. Thanks Jimmy!

Great outfit--can't say enough about Jimmy and the guys at iTemp. Quality work--low pressure quotes, and helpful advice for the frugal first-time homeowner that isn't eager to replace an old furnace. Honestly, working with a bunch of contractors on fixer-upper home can be a pain in the neck, but my experience with iTemp was totally painless. I just had a new furnace installed during a frigid string of single-temp days, and Jimmy was an absolute professional. I had him out to my place three times before finally deciding to pull the trigger and I wish I'd have listened to his advice on the first visit! High recommendation!

iTemp Heating and Air Conditioning was referred to me last Winter when our upstairs furnace went out. Jim was there the next day at no extra charge. Pricing is more than fair.

When we had a 4 yr old a/c compressor go out again iTemp was there promptly. When the issue was a brand specific which iTemp does not carry Jim once again steered me in the right direction and how to verify the warranty on the compressor.

iTemp is operated by a true professional, Jimmy. He has serviced my furnace several times this winter, and has always been prompt and flexible while delivering quality service with each call. I have needed his help late at night in -3 degree weather, and on the weekend, and each time he has been able to come to my condo quickly to assess and fix the issue(s), no matter the time or day. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team for a cost-effective HVAC solution!

iTemp is everything you could hope for from a heating and cooling contractor.

Jimmy responded right away with a competitive quote to install a new smart thermostat. He came out two days later and I'm glad he did. He installed it quickly even though we have a slightly unusual set-up.

He was friendly and professional. He took care to do the work right and made sure everything was working and put back together before he left. We'll be calling him again to service our HVAC system when it warms up.

These guys are awesome! I came home from work on a Thursday evening to find that our air conditioner (nest operated) had stopped working, on what happened to be an 85 degree day. I called a few places based on Yelp reviews starting at around 9pm, and Jimmy got back to me within about 5 minutes. He asked a few questions, and then offered to come by in about 45 minutes. We were ecstatic, as we were heading into a holiday weekend and a few places had said they didn't even have openings for a week! Jimmy and his colleague arrived in 30 minutes, tinkered around with our AC unit, and quickly diagnosed the problem (it's a very old AC unit and needed more frion, among other things I don't quite understand). They fixed it within 30 minutes and I'm no longer sweating through my clothes! They also made some recommendations for us for better maintaining the unit in the future. Not only was their service quick and effective, they were also incredibly polite, professional, and friendly! Thank you Jimmy and iTemp! Highly recommended.
