Set up an appointment. Was told it’d be 110$. Told them I’d have to call back to check with my partner. They showed up anyways. After finding the issue I was told the 110$ service fee did not go to towards the repair and the part would be 800$ plus labor. Bought the part myself for $120 and installed it in 30 minutes. Guess I spent $110 to know not to use them.

Exceptional experience every time I call. Installed furnace, air and mini split 8 years ago. Regular maintenance and a couple help me calls in those 8 years.

12/16/2022 We had our furnace checked and the tech is the same man we've used for years. Courteous and professional. Last spring I had a complaint about parts pricing and the owner came up with a solution that was fair and resolved my complaint. This is a top shelf business.
