Doug's Heating & Air Conditioning

Have been dealing with Doug’s since the late 90’s for installation, service and repair of our HVAC system. After 24 years we decided to finally replace our initial AC unit and called on Doug’s again. Their service/installation tech, Chris R., arrived on time, was very cordial, completed the transition in a timely manor, removed all remnants of the old AC unit and packaging from the new components. Our advice, if you need HVAC service of any type, contact Doug’s. Hopefully they’ll assign Chris R. to the job. You won’t be disappointed.

They were very prompt in our call for our central air. Unfortunately because of its age it was unfixable. Our tech was very informative and lead us to the right new unit for us and will be installing it soon. In the meantime he got ours working on a temporary basis. Thanks, Josh.

Excellent service! Responsive, professional; Our service tech. (Josh) was extremely knowledgeable and completed the job with ease, explaining troubleshooting & overall work being completed. This was after having a different Company over 2X & the heat still not fixed. Was so relieved he was able to make things immediately right. Thank you!!!!

Joe was here for semi-annual inspection and any necessary cleaning and repairs to our two heating and AC systems. We have called on Doug's Heating and Air Conditioning for all our heating and cooling needs for 40+ years. The workmen are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly.

The company just took over a very honest and excellent fireplace company. The technician was training (nothing listed above) and I was charged $95 for diagnostics. They say it was "service", but they did not put the parts back in place or clean my gas fireplace. No parts were ordered and my fireplace wasn't even temporarily fixed. I do not recommend this company. They rip off senior citizens (old women like me!)

Service call to replace/repair faulty circuit board in an electric fireplace. Service technicians notified me of service date and estimated time. Technicians called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. Work was completed in a timely manner and was explained thoroughly. Technicians were friendly and professional.

Good company. Clearly explained my options, no pressure,. Techs were very efficient, polite, and cleaned up. Kyle Marolf was my main installer; he was superb.

Everything was handled smoothly and the air conditioner works efficiently.
There remains the freon leak, which, I assume will be covered by my 12-year warranty.

Joe was very clean and efficient. He got everything done properly on the checklist and he also explained everything to me that i needed to know about my system. I would highly recommend Doug's and Air Conditioning to everyone.
