Andrew was absolutely fantastic! Prompt and fair. Very knowledgeable and willing to go until it’s done. He was here to help within a day, that’s amazing. I will share with everyone I know! We plan to use them for furnace and air replacement this summer. Andrew proved to be reliable, honest and trustworthy while doing a great job. We are ecstatic to have found him.

Andrew and team did an awesome job cleaning our ducts. They were very professional to work with, and were in and out quickly. Definitely more affordable and transparent than the ‘big guys’ in the industry. Will continue working with V&L in the future.

V&L was great! We called and they came out and replaced our furnace the same day! They arrived exactly when expected and customer service was awesome!

V&L installed an HVAC system as part of a rehab project for me last year. Tenant contacted me on a Sunday that the A/C was not blowing cool air.
I contacted Andrew on Monday and a technician was on site Tuesday by 1:00 and made the needed repairs. I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to make it right. Definitely recommended!

They are very good people to work with and very good workers. They worked with me on the money situation it was a great experience I definitely recommend them to who ever needs them.

We called them on the recommendation of one of my Sons, who went to school with Andrew. Andrew came out to assess the issue we were having. Unfortunately, one of our A/C units had given up. Andrew gave us a quote. I did shop the quote around to a few known HVAC folks, and found Andrew's quote to be fair. He installed the unit quickly, and very neatly. We are very pleased, and recommend him highly.

I just want to thank Andrew from .V & L Heating & Cooling Inc for the awesome work, communication, humbleness, honesty and help. As a new homeowner it was disheartening to find out the home inspector did a poor job and failed to point out major issues with the system in place. Not only was I given an honest conversation about the situation but also an exceptional estimate. Not only did it beat out several and I wish to disagree “fair and reputable” major providers to Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Andrew has walked me through each process, stayed in constant contact, on time and diligent in his work. I honestly can’t say enough and believe it or not I found them with a random google search!
