It was very hot and our AC went out. I called various people and most people never even called me back. They were responsive, quick and even called and moved up my appointment when someone cancelled. They were professional and understanding. I greatly appreciated the help and I was glad to support my local community businesses!

Tried to use them to service my Homes central air. Original appointment was Sunday afternoon. They rescheduled 2x and stopped communicating. Once they know they're not selling you a new unit your priority drops considerably. Sad. All reviews were good. Can assume that's friends and family at this point.

Andrew showed up early, was efficient, very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We will definitely continue to use them. We had our furnace serviced and he replaced the vent cap on our roof, which saved us from climbing up there! The price was very reasonable and worth it :)

V & L installed a new furnace, and has also performed annual HVAC maintenance as well as an AC repair for a refrigerant leak. The company has always responded quickly to requests and are always on time. Some repair costs seem a little pricey, though they may be in line for standard costs. Really can't confirm that.

This company is honest and fair!!! We will use V&L for ALL of our heating and cooling from now on! We noticed our furnace stopped working at 5pm on Friday night, it was 2 degrees outside and the house was getting chilly already! We purchased our house 6 months ago and saw the V&L sticker on the furnace as the installer of the unit so we texted the number for emergency service. Andrew responded almost immediately and was prepared to come out and service the unit, but first he called me and asked me to check a few things on the furnace. He patiently walked me through a couple of steps and his recommendations had my furnace working again! He saved me time and money! He could have easily come out and charged me for an emergency service call, but he didn't! This company is awesome!! They get all of our future business!
