Mike came out very quickly and rewired my thermostat and reset the air conditioner. Honest work. Thank you so much. I'm so glad I didn't need to replace my unit.Highly recommend!!!

Excellent Service. I called on a Thursday and Mike was at my house within about an hour. He immediately knew what was wrong, cleaned a sensor, reset my system and I was all set. The rate was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend them as a top choice in the Rockford area.

Never showed for appointment. Got out of work early for them not to show up. Mike was sending me to voicemail.Very unprofessional.

Would highly recommend. Mike was very professional. He showed up on time, got the job done for the price quoted, cleaned up after himself and gave a great warrenty.He fixed a furnace for me last year very reasonably which is why I called when my AC went out. It's nice to know I gotta a guy for heating and cooling needs

I called and they sent someone to come the same day to help diagnose my furnace. I continually give out there number to others .

If i could rate this business NEGATIVE 5 Stars i would! They showed up extremely late & then never even fixed the problem …. We called them back he said he was on his way and never showed then blocked our phone numbers . We spent a good chunk of money on this service call and he was rude and rushed the job and did not check his work we went 3 days without AC and had to pay another company to come in and fix all of the things he screwed up ! Not Impressed & DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

On time did a good job. Fair price would use Carlson heating and air again.

He and his son are super nice! They fixed our heating issue quickly and it works fantastic!! Very Very affordable!!
