I know that it is busy season. I left a couple of messages as noone answered and I was sent to voicemail. Noone has returned my call and it's been 3 days.

Dave and team were GREAT from the point of quoting, follow up and installation!!! The new furnace/AC is highly efficient and will have payed for itself in less than a year. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Furnace quit working early in the morning on a negative temp day. Randy came out and cleaned the furnace and found an old furnace filter blocking the blower. It's not the kind we use so must have been there for more than five years. He replaced the part needed and cleaned the furnace. We will be using Gough to replace furnace, ac, and water heater in summer.

Came 3 times to repair for the same problem and charged for each visit. The issue was never fixed. I finally called another contractor and he fixed it with a $5 part. They are incompetent and their pricing is outrageous.

First charge $99 by incompetent serviceman. Second charge $462.56 additionally.

Excellent service and very good price for what they did. They will have my service needs from now. Could not be more happy with everything they did. Thank you
