I’ve used Advantage Air Heating & Cooling for many years for all of my rental properties. Whenever one of my tenants calls me with a problem with the heat or air conditioning, I just let Advantage Air know and they take care of coordinating an appointment with my tenant. Always fast response from their office and flexible appts to work with my tenants. The Tech will let me know what they find out is wrong once they go there and will get my approval for the repair if needed. They can even email me an Invoice to pay online which makes it very easy for my bookkeeping of expenses for tax deductions. I’d definitely recommend Advantage Air in Lisle and Naperville for heating and ac repair.

These guys are amazing! I called them due to my AC not working, they came same day and the tech was incredibly personable and helpful. Ended up needing to buy a new AC unit and he made it happen same day as well. They all went above and beyond in the most helpful and friendly way possible. It was a bit concerning to make a decision for such and expensive thing on the spot. But in hind sight the pricing was beyond competitive and the service was top notch. I will use them to replace my furnace in the fall.

We moved into a new house and within 2 months we needed a new HVAC system. After searching around google we landed on Advantage Air Heating & Cooling, and could not be more pleased with the service. From the initial call all the way through the entire process Advantage Air went above and beyond. When I initially called Advantage air, the first thing I noticed is that they attempt to service the issue over the phone, before sending a tech out. I spoke with Tess who was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC system and knew all the right questions to asks, before determining if a mechanic needed to come out. I realized that they operate with the customer in mind and taking all necessary steps to help save us money. When the mechanic came to the house, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and then gave use multiple options, depending on our budget. After the initial service visit, we received another call from Tess, who walked us through the multiple options again, and then provided her expert opinion, and additionally Tess helped us find extra savings to help make the cost work with our budget. When the team of techs arrived to install our new HVAC, they were quick and minimally invasive. I highly recommend Advantage air as all their employees are very knowledgeable on HVAC and they care about their customers and their customers needs/budget.

Advantage Air responded to our call requesting service very quickly and had a technician at our home within the hour. After diagnosing the problem (the a/c compressor needed to be replaced), a new compressor was installed within 48 hours. Work was neat and completed timely.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by Advantage Air Heating & Cooling. Our AC went out on a Sunday and we contacted them for a quick repair. They came out on a Sunday, worked on our aging AC system for more than 3 hours and got it working, but ultimately they were unable to fix the original issue given the age of our system. Despite a heavy schedule, they returned the next day, replacing our AC unit.

While swapping out our AC unit, Kelly saw additional issues to our furnace and ductwork and spent 4-5 hours repairing the poor workmanship provided by an agent of our home warranty company. The shotty workmanship was contributing to our less than optimum air circulation and Kelly and Steve repaired the system after replacing the AC unit. Unnecessary, but much appreciated as they saw a problem and fixed it.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service, quick response and trustworthy personnel. This was one of the best service companies I have ever had in my home.

Great experience with my emergency air conditioning needs. Tess scheduled a consult right away and she was so knowledgeable. Very fair price. Kelly and Steve had my new air conditioner installed in one day. They were educational, personable and professional. Highly recommend.

When our 23-year old AC stopped cooling we knew we had to get it replaced ASAP. Advantage Air Heating and Cooling was able to come out the same day and give us a quote for a replacement. Since our furnace was as old as the AC we decided to replace both and also upgrade to a high-efficiency furnace. Advantage Air gave us a great price to replace both at the same time, and they got the job done the very next day! Their office even took care of registering our equipment warranty and filing for our Nicor rebate. Great local company which we highly recommend to everyone!

We scheduled a furnace cleaning with Advantage Air a few weeks ago to make sure our furnace was working properly and safe for the coming cold winter. The first thing our Tech did was a safety check for carbon monoxide and when he put his meter at one of the vents, the numbers went higher and higher and then alarm went off due to dangerous CO level. We had no idea that our furnace was not safe and leaking carbon monoxide in to our house because we had a CO detector which hadn't gone off but we found out from our Tech that CO detectors only last for 5-7 years and need to be replaced after 5 years otherwise they might not pick up any CO in the air.

Our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide due to a cracked heat exchanger plus it was pretty old furnace, so it had to be shut off immediately and not used. Luckily it was not super cold temps outside yet but Advantage Air still came back out first thing the next morning and installed a new furnace with a 10 year warranty and lifetime heat exchanger warranty so now we can sleep easy knowing we are safe and warm!

We are so thankful for Advantage Air doing a thorough safety check and making our furnace replacement a priority to get it done right away.

My AC went out and my normal guy wasn't calling me back. I took a chance with this company on a Facebook recommendation and I am so glad that I did because I officially have a new "go to" for my HVAC needs. Tess was friendly and kept me informed on ETA of the tech. Steve was very informative during the process of how things worked, what was wrong and how to fix it. I was very comfortable having him in my home. This company has taken covid precautions as he wore a mask while in my home and socially distanced himself. And all this for a fair price! I would highly recommend this company.
