Extremely satisfied with services and repairs done by Legendary! Had a failed furnace(as well as old water heater tank) and they were able to service it the next day and on top of that, did an amazing job! Big thanks to Sean for being honest, knowledgeable, and professional with the repairs! Highly recommended for HVAC work and plumbing repairs!

I wanted Sean to install a new smart thermostat. Because of the set up in my condo it wasn’t possible. Sean did an excellent of troubleshooting and offered several good options. Moving forward, I am so impressed with the service I received, that I am getting a service contract with Legendary.

Sean was the first to respond to my service request. Even though he was extremely busy, he made the time to come out to my house the same day (after hours) to evaluate my furnace issue… He gave me options and stayed in contact throughout the process… We decided to order replacement parts as opposed to replacing the furnace… Sean was upfront about costs, timelines, etc… He has a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is doing… Not the cheapest service offered but definitely top notch…. He also takes the time to explain the details about what’s going on, and he looks at the big picture to offer advice about potential issues that may arise with older equipment… We won’t hesitate to call Legendary back out for any of our future HVAC or pluming needs. Just starting using Legendary this year in our new, older home. I like the one stop service for both HVAC and plumbing. Sean has done a great job integrating state of the art customer service technology into his platform and I have found him to be the most responsive business owner I’ve dealt with. He has done two jobs so far inspecting and cleaning out condensers and then sealing coolant leaks. Both were done in a timely, professional manner. I even signed up for the annual maintenance package (which I never do). Got a good feeling about Legendary!

After checking out a few quotes for a few projects, I found Legendary to be the best value and most knowledgeable and fair. They came highly recommended and Joe and Sean did not disappoint! Both were helpful and thorough and definitely went above and beyond. Super friendly! Thanks a bunch!

I can’t go into every detail without writing a book but they were SO intelligent, kind, courteous, patient, and overall just great souls. I can tell that It’s so much more than a job for these gentlemen. Sean came in and quickly identified my plumbing issues and he took the time to explain the basics of plumbing and helped me fully understand what needed to be done. These guys are great! Prompt and super attentive. All at a fair price. 10/10. I would definitely recommend Legendary Service to friends and I’ll be calling this company as my go to for future plumbing needs.

I have been doing business with Joe for 20 years. Work is outstanding and I never need to worry that it isn’t done the right way. Joe is very quick to come out to help out no matter what … he has come to my rescue within an hour for emergencies. I will never have another plumber doing my work. Sean was awesome. We bought an older house and didn’t know where to start but top floor was not cooling off properly. He was very thorough and explained what was going on and made a list of options including different price points. Couldn’t be happier. I felt heard and respected.
