These guys have no idea what they are doing. My homeowners association hired them to reconnect the a/c units and they said the the unit was broken and needed a compressor. So I had another company take a look at it. It worked fine, nothing was replaced and it is now running fine. What did they pay this company for? They are incompetent.

Great HVAC company!

Had to call Next Gen after having another company out before them to look at our AC unit that was no longer cooling. This is the third time I have had Next Gen out and they are excellent. Called the first time on a Sunday morning and had a tech out within less than hour. They communicate very well at every stage of the service call. Very prompt, curteous service each and every time. Diagnosed the issue within a timely manner and provided repair options and pricing. Very upfront about all aspects of the job. Their pricing is upfront and very reasonable. The first company, which I will not mention by name, came in and charged $1000 to get the AC unit running for only 6 days before it died again and was very dishonest with their pricing. Not Next Gen! Next Gen diagnosed the issue properly and charged less than half of the other company. I would and definitely will use them again for any of my home HVAC issues. Polite, friendly, prompt, and fair priced.. Hard to find those qualities in a HVAC company these days.
***Updated*** 8-27-21 I cannot say enough good things about this company and our tech Vitaliy. Needed a late service call on a Thursday, our tech called within minutes of my request and was repairing the ac within 15 minutes! Very prompt, professional, friendly, and dedicated! Keep up the great work, without a doubt you are my go to for all my HVAC needs. Thank you!!

I called on a Sunday and they offered to come right out. I made an appointment for the next day at 7 am. They arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly and my AC unit was up and running. Very good communication before, during & afterwards. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Great service ! Vitality is very professional and knowledgeable. Our HVAC broke at 1 a.m. and it was 30°F outside so I contacted Vitaliy right away ( we have a little baby ) and I asked him to come in the morning, as early as he can , if possible. He replied to me in a few minutes, asked me what happened and guided me what to do in order to have our heat back . At 1:30 a.m. it was warm in the house again . Thank you so much for your help! I would recommend this company to everyone
