Great, professional service. Valdek checked our Bosch Dishwasher for an error code related to the drain pump. He was able to quickly explain what he would be checking for (clog or total pump failure), confirm the problem, get the part, and install it. Good communication about arrival and about the work. Was on time, and performed the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

Overall the service is good. The freezer stops working. The technician came as scheduled and fixed it. It turned out that the inverter board is broken. Thought it might be helpful to share the cost of repair (I have a GE side-by-side with model number Gsh22jgcbww):

Inverter board $420 (part)
Labor ($180, which includes the $80 diagnostic charge).
