My heat went out on one of the coldest days so far this winter. I called around a few different companies to get estimate for new furnace since the one i had was about 25 years old. Mr. Heating an Cooling was a company we choose. Mike offer 2 stage furnace in the low/middle price. He was very friendly, professional and clean. I recommend this company highly.

Outstanding job.
We have been fighting heating and cooling problems in our split level house for years. With the warmer air moving up the upper level was always hotter than main floor and basement.
It seemed like the furnace and AC was always running trying to warm up or cool down main floor. In summer cooling down top floor was almost impossible.
Mr. Heating and Cooling came up with the solution:
Two stage furnace and two stage AC unit combined with zoning system.
Separate thermostats on each floor controlling and mechanically closing and opening dampers for each floor.
By setting AC for top floor all you have to do is set up upper floor thermostat and system closes remaining two dampers allowing all the air to go to this floor and at this point only using AC at first stage and save energy.
We had couple other estimates and nobody told us about zoning system.
All they wanted to do was replace existing furnance and AC unit with newer and be gone within few hours charging us more money than MR. HEATING AND COOLING.

Magic-Pak end of life replacement. Very easy and flexible to work with. I had an emergency situation. They responded the same day. Replacement and install only took two hours. Good clean up afterwards. They will accommodate your individual situation. I was working with the Lake Zurich office. Highly recommended!!
