The whole process ran very smooth and they did a great job of explaining what was needed and our options with reasonable prices. Mike was very polite and Honest. My Humidifier was leaking and water went into furnace. Thankfully it didnt do any harm. But mike could have told me something was fried out or Charged me for unnecessary parts that wernt needed. And he DIDNT! He talked thou with me what he was doing and I felt 100% respected and he made my day with an unexpensive furnace repair. Thanks for running a loyal, honest good Heating and cooling Inc. We had to get an entirely new HVAC system and they had the best price by far! Mikal came with the necessary equiptment (including a 40 foot ladder and crane to access our roof!) and installed everything quickly. Excellent price, service and quality!
