Eugene fixed our dryer quickly, with no issue, and was very professional. He arrived right in the middle of my allotted time slot, and did a great job. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

This company is terrific. They came out to install a cooktop and wall oven and determined the size we bought was too big. They helped us understand the problem. While here, they also looked at a malfunctioning A/C and gave us very helpful information. They didn’t charge us for this very helpful visit! We ultimately did not use JT because the appliances were installed by the company we bought them from. But we are so grateful for their responsiveness, timeliness, helpful information and very pleasant personnel. What a great company with fantastic service!

Excellent service. My furnace wasn’t working yesterday morning and a technician was at home home within 4 hours. A part needed to be replaced and the technician finished his calls, got the part and came all the way back to my house in rush hour to install the part to make sure we didn’t have to wait until the next day. Thank you so much!

Had a problem with my dishwasher. They answered quickly and scheduled me within a couple of days. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. Best of all, he was able to fix the problem on the spot. The fee was reasonable. I’m very satisfied with this company and will surely call them the next time I have a problem. Highly recommended.
Update: JT Services has since repaired both my refrigerator and my stand-alone ice maker. As before, they responded quickly to my inquiry, were on time both on the service call and the repair call and both appliances are now running again. I should note that all three appliances are over 20 years old. The dishwasher is still running 2 years later with no problem. I would surely call them again. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Great company, great people. Couldn't be happier.

My furnace was not working properly and I needed to order a new furnace/ac system. I worked with JT Services to obtain and install before winter came. Julia in the front office was fantastic at answering all my questions and providing timely updates throughout the process. Most important, she always got back to me when I reached out. Eugene was the manager who worked on reviewing the old system and installing the new system. He was patient in explaining everything from SEER to variable speed. When they completed work, everything was routed professionally and sealed up. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up post work. I highly recommend you give them a call.
