JT Services Inc - Appliance Repair, HVAC Repair and Installation

Called at 9am Monday morning, they had a very courteous tech out to fix my washing machine by 1pm in the afternoon. Would absolutely work with them again!

Exceptional service and attention. Walked through every step. Great communication. They even took the time to help sort an issue with one of the vents!

They are fantastic not only do the fix the problem they also take the time to explain what happen and how it can be prevented in the future. They have a lot of patience as questions are asked

We had our dryer stop working. Reached out to JT services, to set an appointment. Eugene, arrived on time and was very professional. Diagnose the problem, and was very thorough and showing us what work needed to be done. Offered us some suggestions and recommendations, to help us make our decision. Showed us the parts that needed to be replaced, and proceeded to do the work promptly. He left the utility area, better than he found it. I would continue to use JT services in the future.

Returned home from vacation and no heat! Eugene from JT services came out to determine the problem. Had to leave to get part and came back later to install. Awesome!! A very courteous, informative, and quick troubleshooting guy! Definitely will use again when needed!

JT Services has performed repair services on both my Whirlpool refrigerator and my Whirlpool gas dryer. In both instances, Eugene was absolutely excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the products, responsive with scheduling and on time, performed the repairs quickly and cleaned up afterwards making sure everything was back in place, charged fair prices for the repairs, and was overall very friendly.
