Joyce Heating & Air Inc.

We noticed our house was getting warm. I called Joyce Heating & Air Inc. and left a message asking if we could get someone out the next day. Fred called back within 15 minutes and said he was on his way. We were so grateful. It awful to be without an A/C. Thank you Eric and the whole Joyce Heating & Air Inc. team. You are the BEST!

Called and scheduled to have someone come take a look at my A/C unit. After no being able to be seen the same day I settled to be scheduled the next morning. I was told between 10-12. Nothing from the tech, so I called the office to get less than great customer service from Amy. Called the Tech and was told by him that he would be here in an hour. An hour and a half later I called the office again and talked with Diane and got better customer service. Still no call from the tech even though she made a note to have him call me. about an hour later I called Jerry's Heating and Cooling and got him out in 15 minutes. Diane is the only saving grace for this review other wise it would be 1 star. My entire day was literally waste waiting for these guys to show up.

One star just because there is no no star option. Heater went out over night called them at 9:30am got a 10:45am to 1:45pm. Called back at 1:30pm for eta, nothing. Called back at 2:30pm, nothing. Called 2 different other companies and got responses and booked one that gave me an eta for later that day. Called back at 3pm canceled my appointment and asked for the manager to call me at least to get an explanation as to why my kids and wife are sitting in a freezing home in the middle of winter and now its 9pm almost 12 hours later from the first initial call and no phone call or email or any form of communication from their part but I do have heat thanks to another good company.

I'm really impressed from Joyce Heating & Air Inc. Their technicians were very professional and knowledgeable more than my expectation. They were punctual and quoted a reasonable price that is flat me. I will hire them again in future.

Matt identified the problem, thoroughly explained the options, and completed the repairs to everyone’s satisfaction. This was after another company completely let us down by charging us for maintenance without ever diagnosing the problem that initiated the original call.

My AC wasn’t working, I called Joyce Heating & Air Inc. and their technician Ian called me back within 10 minutes. He was at my door 20 minutes later and helped figure out the issue. Ian was extremely polite, professional and wore shoe covers in my house which was much appreciated! Thank you Ian and thank you Joyce Heating & Air Inc!
