Ken came to give me a quote on a new humidifier for our HVAC. He was responsive to calls and texts and came when he said he would. His quote for the job was fair. He came with his son for the install. He was also available and responsive to follow up questions I had after the installation. I would definitely recommend and use his services in the future. Also great to support a local businessman!

When I purchased my condo in July 2020 the HVAC system was almost 40 years old it was not working properly and it had a lot of issues.. this was a huge expense for me , but I’m so glad that I replaced my furnace and AC . Ken came in with the best and fairest price which I was really happy about .

The installation was so smooth , the guys were very nice and fast . I Expected it to be all day job since I live on the 4th floor . It wasn’t !!!!! they were in at 8:30 finished before 3pm ....they even replaced the broken water filter in my refrigerator.

Ken, his son, Ken, and the KET Team are an absolute joy to work with. You owe it to yourself to call them up for any HVAC needs, whatsoever. They are honest, spend your money like it's their own and 100% standby their products and work. Young Ken was just here today and even repaired a pipe leak that they didn't have to. Great workmanship and even greater people. If there was a 6th star, they earned that one, too!

My compressor locked up on my AC unit, the system was old so I decided to buy a new HVAC system. I called four highly rated contactors. KET Home Services, Ken Thomas was the first to respond to my call, the first to inspect, listened to my concerns (old system did not keep the 2nd story cool on cold days and warm on cold days). Ken put no sales pressure on me whatsoever - a fact that I really appreciate! He made some recommendations, explained my situation on the 2nd story and told me what we could to to help with that issue. After receiving quotes from the other contractors I decided to go with KET Home Services. The new system was installed, Ken and his team arrived exactly when promised, completed the work a little earlier than estimated and did all of the work for exactly the quoted price - no surprises. When you talk with Ken you are talking with the owner of the company and a first rate technician. He knows what he is talking about - not just a slick salesman. My 2nd floor is much cooler, the air-flow in the house is much better (much more even temperature from room to room). Also, my system is much quieter than before, both inside the house and outside near the compressor. I couldn't be happier!

I bought a house in the spring and I found out in November my furnace wouldn't turn on. I called ken right away and he promptly came out and replaced my furnace and AC. He has affordable prices, quick responses, and does great work. I have not had a single problem with my furnace and ac. I highly recommend. My whole family uses him as well!

Ken was fantastic and honest (in steering us away from more expensive brands in favor of comparable quality, but more affordable brands). We also had two "emergency" equipment replacements that he was able to accommodate on relatively short notice. We would highly recommend KET Home Services.

Original furnace needed replacing, we contacted Ken at KET and he came out Monday to meet and see. Tuesday we have new American Standard 2 stage installed as quoted. Great service, fair price. Our son's room furthest from unit now has heat!
