Ken was great! Needed an emergency visit to get my ax up and running. He told me he would call me back in an hour, and next thing you know he was on my driveway. Gave me a reasonable price for the visit, and was honest with the repairs. Will end up getting a new ac/furnace. Thanks Ken.!

Our VERY old air conditioner finally broke down for good last week during a heat wave. We called Ken at KET based on recommendations on Google and NextDoor. At first he said it would be about a week, and we were fine with that. Then he said he would call us right back; he did, and his crew came out the NEXT Day with our new (and much bigger, based on his recommendation) air conditioner and furnace. Every time I contacted Ken, he would mention when he would be at my house. Ken would also text me when he was on his way. Ken always tries to save me money by using parts that are on his truck. If he has to go to the store he would give me estimates first. I appreciate his honesty and conversation. I also like how he interacts with my son, it is very appreciated. Ken is a great furnace and air conditioner guy that is honest and fair priced. I would recommend Ken to anyone and I have.

KET Home Services is a great company. Our furnace would not turn on due to a cracked secondary heat exchanger. Ken not only got us a fair price but next day installation. He took the time to explain the function of the heat exchanger, why it not longer worked, and went over different furnace sizes based on the size of our home. Charlie, the installer, was courteous, diligent, and did not track dirt or snow through the house. Overall, we are happy with the service from KET Home Services. They were courteous and helpful, unlike Ravinia Heating & Plumbing, and their price was fair, unlike Four Seasons.

Just had a home furnace replaced by Ken and his team. He gave us a fair price, showed up when he said he would, completed the swap in the time frame he told us, cleaned up afterward and he and his son who was his assistant were quite pleasant. We are quite happy. My father-in-law is quite knowledgeable about such things, and every thing Ken advised us or told us exactly matched what my father-in-law had told me in advance.
