I love Omega Industrial Heating & Cooling because your technicians don't try to "sell" me on something I don't need. Your team is ALWAYS on time...wear shoe covers in the house...are courteous and respectful. If we call...we get a "real" person not some automated mess. I've recommended Omega Industrial Heating & Cooling to several friends ...all have rave reviews of your service.

Run from them. They never showed up after paying almost 4 weeks in advance for a regular hvac maintenance request. They kept canceling my appointment and the technician demanded $300 to come and service my AC after I had already paid $199 to service the unit. A fully functioning unit, just needed regular servicing. Do not use this company for anything. They are extremely unprofessional, very poor customer service and borderline fraudulent. They will take your money and will not deliver the service. It took me 4 weeks to get a refund. Proceed with extreme caution, but you have been warned.

One of our AC units stopped working. I contacted Omega Industrial Heating & Cooling Solutions because of their great reviews. We are so glad we did. We called them and they made an appointment for us for the following week. We called back and asked to be put on the wait list for cancellations since the weather was in the high 89's. They were able to accommodate us the next day. They arrived when they said they would, were able to fix the issue very quickly and the cost was VERY reasonable. We definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

They provided competitive pricing on a new equipment install, did an amazing work, and have been extremely responsive with the many questions I had. If you are thinking about HVAC work, these are the guys to look out for.

Absolutely top notch from beginning to end. Jeff came out promptly after my call and gave a fair, honest assessment of the situation and an excellent quote. We got a much needed new furnace, AC, water heater, and thermostat. His installation team was competent, polite, and efficient - super nice guys. I got a tutorial on the new equipment at the end which was very helpful.I am so impressed with this company! I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Omega Industrial Heating & Cooling Solutions. They were able to come out the same day and he did an inspection on my hvac system and replaced the bad motor. Very knowledgeable and non high pressure selling like some other companies around. I will call them for all other hvac problems in the future.
