In addition, I plan on following Jeff's maintenance recommendations. Since my former HVAC company of 25 years went out of business shortly after installing my new HVAC unit 2 years ago, I have been looking for a new HVAC company to handle my heating & air conditioning needs. Jeff came out in the early part of the time window and did a very thorough job of checking our units and quickly did some repairs that resulted in our outside condenser running more quietly. My company was looking to have space packs or the like installed in the office. We had another company as our first estimate and it wasn't a good experience. They came but gave little information, only giving information that I asked for. Since I had never done anything like that I wasn't sure what questions to ask. It took forever to get an estimate and I was no happy with the service. A little disheartened, I went looking for other options which is when I came across Omega! The minute Greg, Omega's tech, arrived in our office, I felt we were taken seriously as potential clients! After his estimate, I cancelled other appointments that we had. Greg quite some time on the initial visit, gave us a brief overview and answered all of our questions. We were really very happy with Omega's services and we recommend the company to anyone looking for a reliable hvac partner!

Sent installer all the way from Zion, contacted them because we thought they were local. Furnace was installed a month plus ago, with an off brand furnace. Tech didn't credit my $79 inspection fee against my $4689 paid for this 88k BTU off brand furnace, when they knew the house was 2200 sqft, smh.. It was so cold back in late January, I just needed heat. They're operating under 3 different companies Omega, J&J, and Russell's remodeling, who are these people?? Nicor was just out today and said, "the furnace is not kicking on". Absolutely ridiculous.

I called several places on behalf of my company to obtain quotes on replacing our 20-year old HVAC. Omega was by far the most transparent, friendly, and competitive. Greg, who showed up for the quote, was timely, professional and knowledgeable. Scheduling the service was a breeze and the work crew was out on time ready to get the job started. The crew was very respectful and professional AND they kept everything TIDY.
