Unlimited Heating & Cooling are awesome! They are just the type of company you want on speed dial for your heating and air conditioning needs. I was expecting a wait of several days, due to the heat wave we are experiencing. Somehow they were able to slot me in, and was up and running within the same day I called! Dan was also able to clearly articulate the problem and also give me some very helpful pointers that I can use to monitor the load on the system. I recommend them to anyone in this area who is having issues with their heating or cooling.

very professional, offered many options and took the time to explain everything clearly and in writing, Tony and his crew were knowledgeable, left the work space clean and orderly over the two day install, and took the time to keep my floor and carpets clean and protected. I'm in HVAC heaven.

My furnace blower motor went out. They came out quickly and I do appreciate that. However, they charged me $700 for a simple motor replacement, brushed off my flame sensor, and vacuumed out the furnace. I feel taken advantage of given that I had to have my heat back on. I likely won't be giving them any future business.

Our house had a Frankenstein’s monster series of ducts that prevented heat from reaching several rooms. Unlimited Heating installed a zone system that solved the problem. A fair price, quick and efficient installation, and friendly service.

Tony took care of me as if I was a longtime customer, even though this was the first time using Unlimited Heating and Cooling. I called on a Tuesday, he can out the next day, and had my new central AC installed Saturday.
