I cannot say enough about this family-run HVAC business. I first called Unlimited last winter when we had no heat on the first really cold day of the season. Even though they were swamped with service calls, Linda assured me that they would find a chance to get out to our house that day. They came through and got our heat running again. My HVAC system was 20 years old without much life left, so this year I received a quote from Unlimited and another company for replacement of upstairs/downstairs HVAC. Unlimited had the best price and installed the two new systems. Having people working in your house for 2-1/2 days could not have been any easier. Their crew is courteous, professional, friendly and know their craft. They made it a pleasant experience. Having Unlimited as my go-to HVAC company gives me peace of mind.

If you are looking for a great reliable, professional HVAC contractor you have just found them. I needed a whole new AC and furnace system and called one of my subcontractors for a recommendation. He mentioned "Unlimited". I had 5 proposals and Tony was very competitive. Based on the proposals and my discussions with Tony, I selected Unlimited. I made the right choice. Work was done on time and of the highest quality. It is a pleasure to work with Tony, Dan and Linda. They go above and beyond to make the project a success. They have taken care of me numerous times' since then and all with the same attention. In summary, they are great!

Our old central AC was dripping condensation. We called a couple other HVAC places and either they couldn't come or scheduled a service tech, but they didn't show up.

I called Unlimited and they came the next morning. They assessed the issue (cracked drip pan) and provided us with repair and replacement options. We chose to replace our AC/Furnace as it was 10 years old.

They were able to replace the system within a few days. They showed up on time and completed the replacement in less time than they had estimated.

We are very happy with the service they provided. Tony and his team are true professionals!

We have been using Unlimited Heating and Cooling for the past 25 years. They installed a new furnace and a/c unit in our last home and did a great job so no wonder we still use them! Summer 2018 we had an emergency situation with our air conditioning on one of the hottest days. We called Unlimited Heating and Cooling and they were out same day to get our a/c back up and running! We've now been in our current home for 20 years and it was time for a whole new system. Tony and his guys have done more than a satisfactory job! They were on time, put down mats over the floors, tested everything out, and even vacuumed before leaving! I cannot praise Unlimited high enough. Last summer, they replaced my AC Condenser which was a large project. Great service. Today, on the eve of "shelter in place" my heat went out. I called to report I needed service, received a phone call from a tech within the hour, tech arrived 15 minutes later as advised, wore gloves and mask, fixed my furnace, provided great communication and very efficient. How do you rate a company high enough when give you 100% peace of mind by their professionalism and service and in all our our dealings especially with an unexpected repair at a stressful time. I will use again and I will recommend to friends and family.

I needed my furnace repaired as the bearings were (audibly) failing on my inducer motor. I also wanted a whole house humidifier installed. The replacement part for the inducer was not just the motor, but a kit that effectively upgraded the furnace. So more complicated than normal - and I did some research myself, this was indeed how it was. Also, the humidifier installation was in a very tight space and required re-routing the PVC furnace ducting, so again, more complicated than a normal installation. Tony and his colleague did a fantastic job. A lot of times I will do work myself because it's hard to find someone to do a good job, but they did a better, cleaner job than I could have done. This is high praise from me. Happy to have found them and would definitely recommend them.

Unlimited Heating & Cooling does terrific work! I called them because I was having issues with the AC in my new house (and my mom had used them in the past to do a central air install and recommended them). They were able to schedule me within a day, during a crazy late-September heat wave. Tony and Dan identified a leak and told me they could repair it. I asked whether we should replace the whole system and they gave me honest feedback! Tony said that because we had a high-efficiency system that the repair should extend the life another 5-10 years, so would definitely be more cost-effective. We went ahead and had them repair it and the AC works amazing - such a relief! I'm definitely going to call them back when we do need to replace the system because they're knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.

I highly recommend every aspect of this business. From their customer service to scheduling to the actual work they performed for us, the Unlimited team did a wonderful job for us. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and their work ethic is impeccable. Their pricing is also more than fair. I have used Unlimited Heating and Cooling since I moved to Elmhurst 10 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. They saved me after a bad storm and basement flood damaged my furnace, and now years later replaced my a/c unit that was on it’s last legs.
