Contributing my testimony after 10 years of living with the project results: Steve and team remodeled our lower level, adding much-needed living space that includes a second kitchen, a bedroom, closet and bathroom, and workroom. They also added a beautiful 20 x 20 sunroom and a deck to the back of our house. I can’t tell you how much use we’ve gotten out of these beautiful spaces, especially now that our four children have all brought home spouses plus 12 grandchildren! The craftsmanship of the Pauli team has stood the test of time and still works beautifully. Our family has enjoyed the extra space so much during these 10 years of constant use and will, we are certain, for many, many years to come.

The team was wonderful to work with, and contributed beautiful input to our original ideas. We are very thankful for their input, workmanship, and professionalism.

I started out with a contractor/plasterer that could not handle the workload or workmanship that he said he could do to my living room and kitchen. I ended up firing him and then hiring S. F. Pauli Builders to redo my living room and kitchen. I just love all the work they did at my house. They start working on time and all the workers are very professional. I loved working with Ronnie Manning. He is a great project manager and his crew is awesome. Very knowledgeable in their field. I couldn't have asked for a better crew working here. The trim work is perfect. They are the best. The hardest part of my living room was the vaulted ceiling. They had to correct all the mistakes my previous contractor did and it turned out beautifully. They always clean up each day before leaving. If you need a project done, I would recommend S. F. Pauli Builders for the job.

Communications were very slow, but at this time, most businesses are short staffed. Pauli is listed on Andersen's site as a Certified Contractor, and it was for this reason I selected them. The crew that arrived to install the replacement window sashes had never done the work. I was able to locate a video on Andersen's site showing the procedure, but even then I had to make a few suggestions about the installation. One of the weather seals was damaged after they didn't follow Andersen's instructions, but it feels as if it is sealing. The price was decent, and I like the new windows, but it wasn't the most reassuring process.

I had them pour a concrete patio, and two walkways with two connected concrete pads. They came in with an incredibly well-priced quote. They worked fast, and very flexible when we discussed some changes mid-project. Awesome customer service. Needless to say, the final product was beautiful. Better than anticipated. I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.

We have used Pauli Builders for most of our home improvements, the latest being a single car garage add on to the existing 2 car garage. As always, Steve went above and beyond on helping us figure out exactly what we wanted, and designing various possibilities that would work. We were very pleased with the end result! It was all well done, on time and quality work. Subcontractor work they hired out was also quality work. I appreciated their patience on questions we'd have, changes we might have and their always professional responses. We are once again glad we used their services, and thank Steve and his crew for another job well done!

My deck posts had rotted in the ground, so I needed a contractor to dig out the old posts/piers, and then re-install new concrete piers and new 6" X 6" Deck Posts. I selected S.F. Pauli Builders, Inc. and they were superb. Showed up each morning on time, and finished the job quickly, and cleaned up all leftover material. I recommend S F Pauli Builders, Inc for deck repairs.

We recently completed a major home remodeling project. This included removing three walls, two of which were structural, gutting bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors, electrical upgrades, plumbing, plastering and painting. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work by both S. F. Pauli Builders and the subs they recommended. With a job this size there were some unanticipated issues, and we found Pauli to be good to work with on these issues. Pauli recommended solutions that were cost effective and worked well. We are enjoying our newly remodeled home and would definitely contract with Pauli again.

Since I had already conducted business with SF Pauli builders in the past (they purchased services from me,) I decided to return the favor by having them bid on my new roof that had sustained a lot of hail damage. From the time they first showed up until everything was completed, they were amazing to work with! Having had bad luck with contractors in the past, I was very nervous about letting anyone around my house. They did so much in alleviating those fears and treating my property as well as they would have if it were their own. The work ended up being way more extensive than originally planned as the underlying damage was much worse than expected, but SF Pauli builders helped me through the whole mess! They are polite, professional, and outstanding to work with. They will be my go-to contractors for everything from this point forward. Thank you for the hard work!!!!

Floor Joists were warped at a 45° angle and the upstairs of the split level home floor was soft. They came to the house at 7:30 a.m. and started roughly 8 a.m..They were finished before 11 a.m. with outstanding results! Good communication throughout and great expertise for the job. From the office, to the contractor, to the crew involved; it was a 10/10 experience and couldn't have asked for better quality! Upper floor is now rock solid and feels how it should.

We hired S.F.Pauli Builders for some remodeling work plus a room addition after we moved into a 20-year-old house. The workers removed two 8-foot garage doors and the pillar between them, installed a new 18-foot garage door, and replaced the vinyl siding on the front of the garage and house with stone. Several neighbors welcomed the improved the appearance of the house. Next, the stairs to the basement were replaced. Further work included building several new closets, extensive changes to the kitchen and the adjacent laundry room, and a new door plus steps at the back of the garage. The biggest project was adding a new living room on the north side of the house. All of this work involved carpenters and others who were direct employees of S.F.Pauli Builders, plus numerous subcontractors -- electricians, plumbers, masons, insulators, roofers, and plasterers. We were pleased with the quality of the work and with the character of the people who did the work. We never felt uneasy around anyone, and we didn't hesitate to leave the house to run errands while the workmen were here alone, supervised only by our dog (who approved of all of them). Negatives? The work took a little longer than we wished, partly because there is a shortage of skilled craftsmen in the area. We certainly think we made the right decision in choosing S.F. Pauli Builders.
