I was please with Air King sevice. Problem was thermostat needed replaced. Randy checked over furnace to be sure it was working correctly before leaving. I should had called them first, before using a another company (the green truck guys) didnt fix simple problem.

Fast, friendly and excellent customer service. The installation process was fast and the service men cleaned up to the point you would have never known they were here. They walked us through our next Nest thermostat and showed us the ways we would be saving money using the new system.

We called Air King to repair our furnace in the middle of a polar vortex, and they came out in 2 hours. They worked with us to get our older model up and running again for a reasonable price! Highly recommend their service!

I called Air King at 7:45 and Jerry showed up within an hour and had my furnace fixed in 20 minutes. He also fixed some leaky drain pipes that the other repair crews would not touch and still finished the job more quickly than the others managed to. Very good work and value!

We were serviced by two representatives of air King called Josh and Jerry. They are exceptional and I think air king is the best company to service my furnace needs. Cost was very reasonable. They even set everything up and are getting me a rebate. Wonderful young men.

I called when the business opened at 8, and a technician arrived at my house around 8:30. Quick response much appreciated on a cold day with no heat! Chris called before he arrived and was very polite and responsive to my questions. He was efficient and cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving. Good job Chris and Air King!

Very knowledgeable technician! Doing normal maintenance I explained some weird things that were happening and Jeremy was able to identify the issue. A short time later the unit is running better than it ever has!
