They came out to my home, diagnosed the problem, and got to work. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing as he worked on my unit. He also provided me with a quote upfront which was very helpful in making sure I knew what I was getting into. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning services performed.

When I came home this evening we had no heat and within 2 hours we had a service man at our home and furnace was repaired. It has always been a pleasure have Craig come to our home and perform his work, he is always very neat and thorough with and when calling the office the ladies are very polite. Thank you again Ford’s Heating and Cooling for a job well done.

I called Fords because of the excellent on line reviews and a personal recommendation. I was all set to use them as our 18 year old air conditioner died. I asked to set up an appointment for an estimate as I was pretty sure we needed a 4ton unit but wanted to see if there may be an upgrade from that that would make sense for our home. I was told it would be a $300 service charge to come out on a Sunday. ( I did call at 11:30 Saturday morning) so I said that would be ok for us to wait until Monday. They were very polite but then stated it would be a $100 service charge. If they would have said that money would be credited against the sales price when we purchased it, I could possibly understand, but multiple other company's with just as good and even better reviews are willing to come out with no service fee.

I Usually don't give highest rating to any company, but I found Ford’s Heating and Cooling to be top notch. They were very professional. They came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate, and installed a new furnace the same day. Very competitive pricing! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Have used this company for all my heating and air conditioning needs for the past five years. They are professional, friendly, and respectful, and they do a great job!

Ford’s Heating and Cooling were very keen and thorough and did a great job explaining all of the steps he was taking to switch our house from summer mode to winter mode. Craig ensured that the new heat pump was working perfectly before he left the house. I strongly recommend his services.

Ford’s Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job replacing my Air Conditioner today.Our house temperature have been unbearable for the past 2 days and we resorted to Ford’s Heating and Cooling after 2 different companies dint show up for our appointment . John was sent to my home to assess installation conditions and size of the AC unit I needed. He left me a quote, and once I decided they installed in the very next day. The installers were skilled, courteous, and very professional. I have no regrets in working with them!
