These guys came in and added a new boiler zone, radiators and a thermostat to our finished attic and Ruben and team did great work. They were all friendly, easy to communicate with and they got the job done. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and it's really, really difficult to find anyone you're willing to even write a positive review for let alone a 5 star review.

Highly recommend Polar Vortex for any HVAC needs. I had them out this morning to service a forced air heater in my home. The unit would trip off before heating to the thermostat temp.

Ruben was very professional and friendly and he even waited 40 mins past our appointment time to wait for a competitor to depart (I called multiple companies).

Not only did they fix my heater but they diagnosed two issues the other company didn't even notice. So glad I called them and they waited for the other guys to leave!

My heat went out on a cold, winter, Sunday evening. Ruben came within a couple of hours of my call (which interrupted his evening out), figured out what the problem was, and McGyvered another motor so I could have heat for the evening. He was responsive, punctual, up front and honest, and communicated to me what repair costs would look like all along the way. He was considerate too and wore footies over his shoes to keep my carpet dry! Highly recommend him if you're in need of HVAC services.
