He completely explained everything and got me back into hot air just in time for the 20-degree weather coming. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for a great HVAC business here in Wheeling, let me tell ya - Chicago Airflow is it! I've been using them exclusively since I moved here and they really blew me away with their level of service. They have top-notch tools and equipment so you know your stuff's getting fixed right, plus an amazing membership that gets you sweet discounts all year long! Everyone on their team has been nothing but friendly and helpful: David, Omar, Lisa, John, Carlos, Mike...the list goes on. You can even get text notifications when they're coming over. Trust me - these guys are pros at what they do and you won't regret letting them into your home.

Carlos was knowledgeable and friendly. We've been having problems with our dryer not heating up and he was able to figure out the issue quickly and replace the parts. He also gave me some info on what could be causing the issue and how to prevent it. I highly recommend Chicago airflow to anyone. Thank you again!!

Mike was incredibly approachable and competent. He did a great job of answering our questions and thoroughly explaining what he was doing. The price wasn't outrageous. Given that it is the middle of January, we are grateful that he arrived so swiftly. Would definitely use them again.

Our heater stopped blowing hot air last night. I called Chicago airflow first thing this morning and I’m thankful they have an after-hours emergency line! The technician, Carlos, was here within an hour and a half. He troubleshot the system and got our heat back on in no time! He even took the time to show me what happened and how to avoid it in the future!!

We were in the market for a new heating and air system as ours was getting past its time. They were courteous, professional and explained everything so I could understand it. They were very prompt and on time with quotes and work. The install was quick and easy. Quality work by this company I highly recommend them!
