Carlos M and Anthony did an incredible job installing our new furnace. We were very pleased with their arriving on time and on one of the coldest day yet of the year with snowy roads. They were knowledgeable, friendly, careful and responded to questions. It was a tight space that they kept free of damage. I would highly recommend Deljo Heating & Cooling!

We had a wonderful experience with Deljo and Giovanni, specifically, as our service technician. Giovanni was extremely knowledgeable, kind, informative and hard working. We had flooding from catastrophic storms that short circuited our AC unit, and Giovanni was able to identify the problems and talk us through our solutions. We are grateful for his empathy, hard work and attention to detail in fixing our unit.

Andre was very polite, courteous and informative! I was on a tight schedule and he completed his work in a timely manner w/o cutting corners; much appreciated! I’ve been using Deljo for 16+ years, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Alan was fantastic! He was extremely helpful in walking me through questions that I had for the service he was here for (AC maintenance) & offering tips on how to get the best performance out of our system. He even took the time to walk through questions I had on other appliances unrelated to why he was there!
Overall - I’m very impressed with the service we got from Deljo Heating & Cooling.

It was a pleasure bringing our Mobile Escape Room to Deljo for a great team building event with their crew. Everyone was extremely friendly to our team, and great problem solvers when it came to the escape room. If they can solve our escape rooms, they can solve your heating and cooling needs. Five Million Stars ! Deljo won me over from the initial estimate to after installation follow up care with Jen. Michael C and his Irish eyes could have sold me an empty Adidas box and I would have Run like DMC miles to Niles. My Installation Crew arrived early and on time! What every Chicago lady dreams of arrived at my door, Polish pride, big muscles, South Side Irish accents, trucks and cranes, and big beards all in one day. I was lucky enough to meet Wesley, an extremely polite and kind soul with a passion for integrity and all-inclusive trips to Cancun. Bearded, blue-eyed Chris (sorry ladies, he is very much engaged ) was equally engaged on the job as he paid attention to detail and welded HVAC parts together sometimes with a fire torch. Windy haired Richard stayed up on the roof most of the day. He packed his own food and drinks and all I can say is that the A/C is on right now and I'm chilling in it & feeling great with the thermostat set at 68. Today was a sunny and hot 78 degree day in November in Chicago! Deljo made spending Benjamins so much fun and made a lifelong customer out of me. Came to repair Thursday my 24 year old system. The repair was way too costly for my old unit. So decided to replace. Friday met with super knowledgeable Jim from sales found a unit that would work for me. Saturday said they would be there and start at 730 am. 730am on the dot Adrian and Evan were at back door ready to work. 6 hours later I was cool. Really an amazing experience Thank you

We called to get a second opinion on our failing AC system after a visit from a very well known HVAC company. I can't even begin to express how much better our experience was with Deljo! Matthew T. was prompt, professional, incredibly thorough, clearly explained the problem and next steps, answered all of my questions, and was personable to boot. He blew the competition out of the water.

Joe Arceo was great - prompt service and explained everything clearly to me. He took a look at my hot water heater and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. 5 stars - would recommend

Have only had really positive experiences working with Deljo. Most recently, they were able to come out same day and fix our AC issue. Incredibly professional and personal service always. Jesus especially was wonderful and answered all my questions. Can’t recommend their services enough.
