Shamrock

I have nothing but good things to say about Shamrock!! Five minutes after I called to request a service, I got a call back saying they were on their way. Less than an hour later my AC was repaired. The technician was fast, funny and friendly. I’d give more stars if I could :)

My furnace stopped working on a friday night and I waited until the morning to call to have someone come out. When I called for service Bob greeted me and explained they could have someone out within two hours(on a Saturday), and explained pricing to me. I would have just been happy to have someone come out at any time on a Saturday. He had his technician there in an hour! Technician was polite and professional and able to diagnose and explain repairs in 30 mins and had my heat working with a new circuit board within 90 mins. Couldn't have been happier, fairly priced and with service like theirs; even if they charged more than a fair price (which they didn't) it still would have been worth it with the great service they did and making my day easier during an unexpected situation.

Do Note use Shamrock Heating and Air Conditioning. They are Vultures, and will cheat you if you let them. on 7/1/2019 I called for a technician to come and because my A/C was blowing hot air. The technician went outside and cleaned the A/C unit with a water hose and said that cold air should now blow out.

He said he ran tests and the system was operating fine. I was charged $99.00 for the service call ( I have a one year contract). By 5:00pm that evening the house got hotter and I placed a 2nd call within the same day. The technical was too lazy to come out after ours and told me that the house needed to cool down and everything would be ok. Over night the A/C continued to blow out hot air, the temp in my house was over 100 degrees by the next morning.

I Immediately called and informed the dispatcher that someone need to get over to my house Immediately. Which they did. After a 3rd diagnostics I was informed I need a heat sequencer replaced to the tune of $235.00, in addition to the previous $99 already paid. Outrageous, the problem should have been corrected on the very first call.

The company wanted additional technician to keep coming out so they could bill additional monies. Do Not USE this company. Go with a company who has Integrity and morales.

We have been using Shamrock for 25 years and never have been disappointed! Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians.

Tech was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our heater. Cleaned out the air filter for humidifier also. Very well done!
