I have utilized Shamrock's services for 3+ years for both heating and A/C. I have always found them to be timely, professional, and affordable. They provide choices and recommendations for HVAC systems and always explain the "why" and pro/con with each decision. I will continue to be loyal to this company as I have come to trust them.

I have been using Shamrock for about 20 years. If I didn’t believe they were the most friendly and honest HVAC company I would have switched long ago. I have only had great service and they really care about their customers— I highly recommend them!

The techicians were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient installing our new furnace and air conditioning units. They put down drop cloths in areas necessary and wore shoe coverings while inside. They cleaned up everything and gave a tour of their work when complete.
Throughout the process, the technicians kept me up to date and gave thorough explanations of the systems and follow up check-ups. I was very happy with Shamrock H&C.

Sean came on a Holiday! he was professional, calm, kind. I didn't even
think about getting a second estimate to replace the unit. He gave me
three options and suggested one he thought would work best for my
personal situation. I was impressed and happy with the service and highly recommend.

Shamrock serviced a friend of mine, Ted Flisk, today as they have serviced my family for many years. Chris Morgan was the serviceman and he was beyond competent, thorough, and so very personable. He not only did an excellent job, he explained everything he was going to do and did it with expertise. Because of this, Ted now has a service contract with Shamrock.

Rob was just great. Checked everything out quickly and efficiently. Informed us as to upcoming changes in Freon price for our unit that might require an upgrade/replacement of our furnace/ac units. This is important to us, as it will allow us to plan for this expense, and we truly appreciate that.

Shamrock is the best HVAC company I have used in the Naperville area. They are always knowledgeable, helpful and provide timely communication on when before they arrive in the work window. They do things the right way and this is the best value over time. I tried to save money by having another company install my furnace. I learned from Shamrock when I used them to replace my air conditioner that not only was the furnace box at base of Furnace missing from the other company’s installation, but I was paying more in utilities every year as this restricted air flow throughout my house. In the end, the furnace cost us more. When installing my new air conditioner, they reinstalled the furnace properly and did a great job on the a/c as well. Great value for money and generations of solid customer service! Extremely happy with the differentiated warranty/service throughout life of a/c. Highly recommended!!

We found ourselves without AC on a very hot Summer nite last week. I called the answering service who forwarded me to a Shamrock Heating and AC Mgr named Matt who was very kind and who assured me that I wld b taken care of the next day. First thing the next morning a technician named Dan arrived by 9:30 am and quickly assessed the problem. Dan proceeded to lay out r options so that we were able to make an informed decision. Within 30 minutes we were up and running and also joined Shamrock’s VIP Club which offers many discounts and perks for 3 yrs. I’ve used Shamrock for over 20 yrs and hope to go on 20 more. I ask you...... who calls a service at 9 pm, gets a call back in 20 minutes and has a serviceman at ther door the next morning at 9:30? I highly recommend Shamrock in Carol Stream to anybody looking for a fair price with super great service and professionalism.
