DC Air Heating and Cooling LLC

The techs that serviced the unit did not seem to have the expertise that was needed to effectively troubleshoot. They left caps off of the condenser, and did not re-mount the thermostat properly. Had to call a different outfit the next day.

Dave put my new furnace and AC in about 3 years ago. Everything has been working great and I got a great price on the system. I have yearly service checks and clean done. Dave, and or his crew have always been on time with appointments, and service rates are LOW. I'm very glad to refer them any time.

Heat goes down late night with 2 small children living in Chicagoland Wintertime, Glendale Heights so they were freezing.

The guy showed up in 20 minutes and fixed the heat and saved the night!

This company is AMAZING. I had them come out and attempt to fix a 30+ year old air conditioner - it worked for a few day - but unfortunately it was "too old" - they came back and we had them install a new system. I was impressed with the workers and the owner - the price was amazing - NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER - though I did not listen to the directions of our new thermostat and 2 or 3 days later the house was holding at 80 degrees - again I called and within a half an hour they were back. They re-set my thermostat to hold "permanent" temperature. The worker reassured my 84 year old mother and myself that "coming back was no problem". My family will be loyal customers with DC Air due to their quality of work and commitment to excellent customer service. Thanks for taking care of my elderly parents and their comfort.

Dave recently installed an AC unit in my house. He did an amazing job!! He is an excellent business person and has very fair prices. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any issues with Heating/Cooling!!!

Dave came out to balance our air ducts. He did a great job. He gave me further options i could do if i felt the next step was necessary. Easy to work with, i highly recommend

We had issues with our A/C installation and Dave stepped up and took care of them in the most professional manner. He has personally guaranteed that if our A/C continues to leak, he will stand by his work and will help to resolve the issue causing the leak. We will continue to use his company and will refer our friends.

The Repair man was out quickly and repaired my heating issue within 20 minutes. I’m a satisfied customer.
