DC Air Heating and Cooling LLC

Recently had an issue with my AC unit and was able to squeeze me in the same day to come check it out. DC Air was able to come through on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. They did a fantastic job and were very fun to speak with. Will be using their services again in the future.

Davey did an amazing job. He was very thorough explaining the areas of my AC unit that were in need of repair and their costs. He talked about the plans to fix the issues and the step by step process needed. I was extremely happy with his service and will continue to use his services in the future.

I recently had the AC unit and Furnace replaced all in one day. I can’t express enough how efficient and professional DC was from the beginning of getting a quote to installing the units. He really took his time to make sure all was in working order. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the service received. Dc Air came to repair a leak that I had. They were extremely polite, professional, on time, fairly priced, and even taught me how to preform the job they were doing. They were in an out in 15 minutes while teaching me!

Very friendly. Very quick to respond. A couple of years ago we purchased the same hvac for half the price from DC that a competitor offered. Dave is great.

Today, I noticed my heat wasn't working at 9:30am. Dave was here within an hour and the house is now warm.

Pros: Very friendly and professional technician. Came same day. Fixed heat in less than 15 Minutes.

Cons: $ PRICEY $. $150 service charge to look at your system. $200 an hour labor, rounded to the nearest hour. 15 minutes = 1 hour. So the 15 minute job of blowing soot off a part came out to $350.

I understand some service calls may require very little work to get you back up and running, like in my case - This is why you need to have some minimum charge. But $150 to look at it and then $200 minimum on top of that feels excessive.

Glad to have heat, but feel a little taken advantage of at the $1,400 an hour it came out to.

They did my AC replacement last year and I was VERY happy with them. At the time they told me the furnace was getting up there in age (which we knew, it was 15 years old) and we should get ready to replace it soon. A year later and sure enough, the furnace decided it was done. Didn't think twice about it and gave Dave a call. He was there the next day to do my furnace AND my water heater since I knew that was old too and he gave me a great price for everything. When my parents water heater just died on them all the quotes they got where DOUBLE what Dave would do it for...needless to say, they took my advice and hired DC Air for the job!

They are professional, courtesy, and skilled. I will use these guys for ANYTHING I ever need HVAC related for the rest of my days.

DC Air Heating and Cooling Service is above and beyond. David is responsive and knows what he's doing. I've been using them for the last several years and the service is excellent. I have an older furnace and they've managed to keep it up and running for the last several years. Everytime I've called David he has been responsive and helpful. Anyone he has sent to the house has been knowledgeable and professional. The service has been above and beyond I cannot write enough good things. They are wonderful!
