Mike, the Technician, showed up timely, we spoke about the issue at hand - and he LISTENED!! Checked the unit, found an issue which I could afford and the house started to cool again in minutes. Delighted to work with a knowledgeable person whose first and only response was "replace". I am now a repeat customer because Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning puts the customer first.

Our tech arrived to replumb and wire the house generator. After inspecting it was determined the job would require a greater amount of work to finish the project. We are awaiting an estimate and new date for the service to be completed. We have always been happy with the services receive by Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning.

Random technician showed up (not from Neuman), I got charged $225/oz of R-22 plus other fees for a $600 bill to top off 2oz on my AC. Not a good deal.

The entire Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning crew is fantastic. Timothy was my technician today and he did a great job fixing my AC. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. When he found a problem he would point it out and explain what needed to be done. Highly recommended.

Have always receive great service from Neuman Heating & Air Conditioning. Greg always remind me each year that it’s time for my yearly checkup on my HVAC units. Scheduling the appointments with them is very easy and Greg always arrive on time and is always very courteous and professional.I had him yesterday to replace my filter and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
