Ed from Service Plus came out for a dryer vent cleaning. He was very thorough with his work and explaining what was done. I certainly appreciate honest and detailed service techs, so will be using this company going forward. I also love that they're a family owned business!

Cesar, the owner, was very friendly and helpful even though I caught him at his kid's ball game outside on a ridiculously hot day! Fast scheduling and the service person, Daniel, was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and respectful. He used using modern tech to not only service equipment but also to keep digital records. Reasonable rates, especially for their service plan.

Huge shout out to Service Plus Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial meeting with Caesar for a estimate, the follow up and follow threw. He showed up on time. He was very professional, courteous, a genuine human being. Came up with a few options to fit my needs and budget. We signed a contract for an entire system. Furnace, A/C and water heater. High efficiency!!! PJ showed up on Monday to begging and they finished on today. PJ was being professional. Answered all my questions and was very patient. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Caesar and PJ for a job beyond my expectations!!!

Everyone here is awesome and they did a great job. Our heater went out and they had a new one installed and working beautifully within 24 hours. They even tried to get us some space heaters to tide us over. Super kind and the price was fair. The service we received earned them a loyal customer for life and I would absolutely refer them to anyone suffering with HVAC problems!

We had furnace & AC replacement and duct cleaning done by ServicePlus and we are very happy with our choice of selecting Cesar and his crew. During pre-estimate and selection John was very transparent in options to select from, and even he offered discount on additional services. Their price was very fair compared to other premier Lennox dealers in Chicago area. They were very diligent, neat and tidy during entire 8-9 hrs. day of service. Overall our experience was excellent with ServicePlus. I would recommend them for further HVAC services.

Great service, friendly, professional, and good value. Our system is running smooth and we weren't pressured to get more work than we needed. We will definitely use them again. I believe it was Edi who came out- just wanted to give him props!
