Edoardo and Kino service reps did a very good job and I would recommend them anytime.

Eduardo came out to diagnosis my 15 year old AC system. He clearly explained what it would take to fix and I decided to go with a new system. I then met Jim, who clearly explained my options for a new system. Then PJ and Cesar did the install, while doing so they explained details about the new system and worked real hard to get it installed so I could have the AC in the afternoon. Overall it was a great experience and everyone that assisted me was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chris from Service Plus provided several services for me today. He explained everything to me very well that needed to be done and then preformed the repairs. It is always a pleasure to deal with such a great business, with great people and outstanding customer service and support.

Eduardo quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He clearly explained what happened and how it could be prevented from reoccurring. Also clearly presented options for maintenance contract and to consider other new features for a better HVAC configuration. I ended up getting a new air filter product and am looking forward to having it installed. I highly recommend Eduardo. Very nice, polite, respectful and professional.

I recently used Service Plus for my residential service. I worked with Chris. He was on time and professional. We discussed his work experience and different systems he worked on. He has a high level of expertise in diagnosing HVAC system issues. I tried a few times with other companies, but no one was able to pin point the problem. Chris was able to diagnose the issue, show me pictures, explain how the system work and how the issue was created and impact to my residential cooling system. I will use these guys again and I highly recommend them for any HVAC related items (e.g. repair, maintenance, new system, duct cleaning, etc.).

Today I worked with Eduardo Covarrubias. He was on-time. Once we walked thru the various furnaces and various rooftop units, Eduardo was able to prioritize the inspection. Today was almost 100 degrees and he was very thorough with his work. Eduardo and I discusses alternate, economical solutions for a 20k square foot building. I am very happy with his work, professionalism and ability to explain the process and discuss potential solutions. I recommend Eduardo whole heartedly.

On May 12th the first of the hottest days of the season my AC system went out. Called everyone and their brother...booked solid until late the following week. Called these guys and they were able to send someone out that night!! Eduardo C. showed up on time just like the text message and email I got saying he was on his way. He was here from about 430 until almost 10 that night. The man worked his tail off until he found the problem and did not leave until I had my system working!! So professional, hard working and knowledgeable. He ran out of refrigerant filling up my system so he called his buddy co-worker Chris A. he brought the refrigant and stayed with him until the repair was done.they exhausted every avenue. Finally a leak test was performed with a dye they put in. Fast forward until last night 6/2/22. Chris A came back to check the system again, did another leak test found that the sealant put in fixed the problem. This man worked his tail off as well. Here from 545 until almost 10. Didn't want to leave until he made sure everything was working as it should and the problem was fixed.

This company has hired some of the greatest, hardworking professional HVAC guys in the business! Highly highly recommend this company! Also the lady that answered the phone. She was great as well! In constant contact with me, explained everything thoroughly and was so polite and professional!!

Chris was super helpful, and right on time! He gave us an estimated time of 12-4pm and showed up right at 12:15! Really friendly and professional.

Owners are great people. They care greatly about getting everything done to the highest standards.

Had an issue with my furnace not heating up. Chris came the next day and went to work figuring out the issue. He needed to get some parts but was able to fix the furnace the same day and was happy to answer any of my questions.
