Came for furnace maintenance, kept damaging parts to keep coming back! Did not even mention or repair the main issue, which was the blower motor. After we figured out just how dishonest they are, we got a different company come out, and they fixed it in one go.
There's more, and if I could give zeros stars, I would.

Maximum is the best residential HVAC company I've worked with. They always answer a call and come out to assess the problem extremely quickly. Service like theirs is rare these days and they are very reasonably priced for the services they provide. Friendly associates and willing to explain in detail what repairs are needed or may be needed in the future.
I'm glad to have found such reliable service for something as time sensitive as HVAC equipment.

Marco and his team at Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job installing our new A/C system and furnace. We have worked with Marco in the past with our previous unit at our home. When it came to finally changing out to a new A/C , we also did our furnace, we knew he would be one to call for a quote. Fast service on a Saturday morning to change out our AC capacitor. Cleaned up our nasty old unit. Kept their distance or wore a mask. I felt the price was very fair. The tech was knowledgeable and I believe they dealt with us honestly and fairly. I'll definitely get a bid from Maximum for full replacement of our HVAC system.

Maximum saved us from freezing tonight during the biggest weather challenge of the year so far! They arrived within the time frame quoted and gave us a quick synopsis of the situation, clearly laying out our options and guiding us through the decision making process. Then they expertly installed a high efficiency furnace that replaced the original 35 year old unit, which required considerable redesign to connect the new furnace to the existing duct work. Their workmanship was excellent. Thanks to Marco, Jose, Art, and Armando for a job well done. We will sleep warm tonight!

Our CO detector went off on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. I had used Maximum in the past and called Marco. Even though it was late in the evening he came by and confirmed a CO leak coming from the furnace. Looked into the options and decided to replace the furnace with a newer more efficient one. Marco was great and all work was done as promised for what I believe was a fair price. Also I have confidence that I can count on Marco for any future issues I may have. He strikes me as the type who would stand behind his work and that customer satisfaction is very important to him.

They are great to work with. I was able to get a hold of Marco everytime I called. One time they did not answer and he called back in under 30 minutes. Day of they showed up on time! Listened to what I needed, and explained what they were going to do. Did clean work and upon completion walked me through what they did. I will use them again. They were very upfront with their pricing too.
