Aurora Il and we were not getting adequate heat in our home we called Maximum Heating and Cooling and spoke with Marco, that same day he came out and immediately knew what the problem was our duct system was installed incorrectly, he did not hesitate to give us an estimate of the work that needed to be done and that price was the same when the work was completed. If you are in need of any type of heating or cooling problems please call them you will not regret it. They do not over charge or price gouge his team is the best. Oh by the way did i mention, he adjusted our central A/C system and also gives free estimates.

My 20+ year old AC broke down on a Friday evening when it was 95 degrees outside and humid. I called Marco at 8:30pm on Friday night and he arrived at 9:30am on a Saturday morning for my AC repair. It was a quick fix and we were up and running for the sweltering weekend! He was very professional, knowledgable, and efficient with realistic pricing - especially for a Saturday morning appointment! We are definitely calling him for our AC/Furnace replacement this fall!

I dealt with Marco and I had a great experience. My furnace went out on a Friday late. I called several companies one being Maximum Heating.
When I call Maximum Heating they did not answer. Then I called a second company and I made an appointment. Shortly after Marco from Maximum Heating called and said he would come within an hour. I called the other company and cancelled the 1st appointment. Marco was there as he promised. I noticed he wore shoe covers. I loved that he was concerned about keeping floor clean. He fixed my furnace quickly and the total cost was very reasonable & no extra cost for after hours. The job site was very clean. He followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was ok. I was impressed. I never had a contractor call for follow up. At the follow up call, I found out they are a small family owned business and they have experience with insurance work. I would definitely recommend them.

My AC went out and I called a larger local company who determined I needed to replace my unit. They then shared with me the soonest they could send someone out to provide an estimate was 4 days from the time of their assessment. I told some friends this who then provided a referral to Maximum Heating Air and Marco was out within 2 hours of me speaking with him over the phone. He did a great job explaining everything and provided options for me on the spot. We agreed to move forward and he sent his team out at 8:30 a.m. the next morning and had the new system installed by 1 pm. The entire team was friendly, provided options, completed the job thoroughly and fast. I would highly recommend using Maximum Heating Air.

Absolutely terrible!!
We had 3 jobs for Marco and his company Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning happening at the same time.
My A/C went out and needed a complete replacement after 20+ years. My Sister's went out at the same time on a home that they were renting, and my parents who had just purchased a small home down the street needed a complete A/C system as we did a complete gutting on the interior of the home and remodel.
On my home, Marco replaced the ac with a new, top of the line system that went on to break several timed for the rest of the summer do to improper installation. Even though it was under a full 10 warranty (parts and labor) Marco would always find a way to charge for something. He literally was there at my home 12 times during the same summer to try to fix it. Marco said that if I called anyone else to fix the unit that the warranty would be void. I found that to be a lie after speaking to the manufacturer.
After starting up the a/c this summer and it breaking again I called a reputable company who fixed it in 30 minutes. They showed me how the unit was installed wrong.
The reason why I am writing this review is really for what happened to m y parents and the way that Marco treated them. Last summer during the remodel of their 700 sq ft home, they literally spent their last bit of retirement savings on this project. A big part of the expense was the A/C. Marco and company installed a complete new unit ind duct work only for it to break a week later. It took several phone calls and weeks for them to show up and fix the unit which only took them 15 minutes. A few days later it broke again. Again after several calls from them and myself they came back and got it up and running again. When this spring came they started the a/c up again on Memorial Day weekend only to find that it was broken. Marco said that he would be there on the Tuesday following the holiday with a part to fix it. He never showed up so I went and bought them 2 window units to keep the home cool as it was 87 degrees inside. Marco finally showed up a month later after several unanswered calls and texts and put in a compressor fan motor which didn't fix it. He is now refusing to come back to fix the A/C unless we pay him for a call out and also for any repairs or parts needed. This unit is less than a year old and has a 10yr parts and labor warranty. Please see the attached documentation from Marco when he sold us the unit. My parents are elderly and live off social security and taking advantage of them is unacceptable and this is way I've decided to take legal action against him.
Lastly my sister and brother in law came back from DC and while house hunting they rented a beautiful million + dollar home in Geneva. Because of the size of the home it needed a large a/c unit. The owners were living abroad so they had my sister find an HVAC company to do the job. I recommended Marco (again this was all happening at the same time so I had no idea how bad they were otherwise I would have never recommended him) and he was hired to do the job. Long story short the land lords had to agree to let my sister and brother in law out of their lease because a month after Marco installed the A/C it still was not working. I've been told that they are also taking legal action.
Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company. These guys will take your money and won't back-up their work whatsoever. Really a terrible experience. **And as an edit to this post since a reply was submitted by Marco the owner. 1. No one but Marco has ever worked on the A/C unit at my parents home which is again just another lie. 2. The unit was installed in late last august. So the system is less than a year old. In a written email to Marco dated last week I agreed to pay the $90 annual maintenance service which Marco says is a requirement of the 10yr warranty. Yet he still refusing to make any warranty repairs.

I couldn't be happier than I am now with my new central air conditioner from Maximum Heating and Air Conditioning (MHAC).
This was a difficult install. I hired them to replace my old unit that was not powerful enough to keep my home cool on hot, sunny days. I called MHAC and spoke to the owner, Marco, who immediately impressed me as being honest, with great prices. His employees came out and installed a unit that was appropriate for the square footage and location of my home.
Marco came to my home after his technicians did the install and inspected everything to make sure all was done properly. After attending to a few extra details in the install, he promised to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied.
Marco and his team kept in contact with me to make sure I was happy with their equipment and service. They were attentive, professional, polite, and informative, explaining everything they were doing and why. They also provided extensive warranty service for parts and labor at no extra cost.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a rating far above 10 if I could. They were a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to make sure I was a happy customer. I am very thankful that I chose them for my A/C needs. They went above and beyond.

I highly recommend Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning. My 16 year old air conditioner died at the end of the summer. I was hoping to get a discount since I didn't expect late September to be a popular time for air conditioning installations. Marco was very patient. He explained all of the options with me and the pricing was very competitive and transparent. No hidden costs or charges. I ended up replacing the furnace, too, since it was equally aged and it would be cheaper to do them at the same time than to wait for the heat to go out in the cold of winter. The installation was flawless and the employees were very competent and respectful. I will be referring family and friends to Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning.

Marco is the man!! I called Friday and the man was here early Saturday morning!! He gave us an excellent price and was very kind to my family and I. Very down to earth and works with you with payment methods.
